A Giant Burst of Radiation Unleashed From the Sun

The Sun has recently exhibited significant activity, releasing powerful bursts of radiation known as solar flares. These events can have notable effects on Earth's technological systems and atmospheric phenomena.

Recent Solar Activity:

  • X9.0 Solar Flare: On October 2, 2024, the Sun emitted an X9.0-class solar flare, the most powerful in seven years. This intense burst of electromagnetic radiation caused high-frequency radio blackouts across the Pacific Ocean and was accompanied by a coronal mass ejection (CME) directed towards Earth.

  • X7.1 Solar Flare: A day earlier, on October 1, 2024, an X7.1-class solar flare erupted from the Sun, leading to similar radio communication disruptions. The associated CME was predicted to impact Earth, potentially triggering geomagnetic storms.

Implications for Earth:

  • Radio Blackouts: Solar flares can cause sudden ionospheric disturbances, leading to high-frequency radio blackouts in the sunlit regions of Earth. These blackouts can disrupt aviation communication, maritime operations, and amateur radio transmissions.

  • Geomagnetic Storms: CMEs associated with solar flares can interact with Earth's magnetic field, causing geomagnetic storms. These storms have the potential to disrupt satellite operations, navigation systems, and power grids. They can also enhance auroral displays, making phenomena like the Northern Lights visible at lower latitudes.

Current Solar Cycle:

The Sun operates on an approximately 11-year cycle, characterized by varying levels of solar activity. We are currently approaching the solar maximum, a period of heightened activity, expected to peak around 2025. Recent observations indicate that sunspot numbers and solar flare occurrences are increasing, suggesting an active phase ahead.

Precautions and Monitoring:

Agencies like the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) continuously monitor solar activity to provide forecasts and warnings. This monitoring helps mitigate the impacts of solar events on technology and infrastructure. Staying informed through official channels is advisable, especially for industries reliant on satellite communications and navigation systems.

CNNs Scott Jennings: Joe Biden is a Failed President Who is Leaving Office in Disgrace

During a recent CNN panel discussion, conservative commentator Scott Jennings asserted that President Joe Biden will conclude his term "in disgrace," citing several controversies and policy decisions that he believes will tarnish Biden's legacy.

Key Points Raised by Jennings:

  • Hunter Biden Pardon: Jennings criticized President Biden's decision to pardon his son, Hunter Biden, describing it as "disgraceful" and suggesting it would significantly damage the President's reputation.

  • Inflation: He highlighted persistent inflation during Biden's tenure, implying that economic challenges under his administration have adversely affected American citizens.

  • Afghanistan Withdrawal: Jennings referenced the chaotic U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan, viewing it as a failure that would negatively impact Biden's historical standing.

  • Cognitive Health Concerns: He also raised concerns about President Biden's cognitive health, suggesting that efforts to conceal any decline could further undermine public trust.

Counterarguments from Panelists:

  • Karen Finney: The Democratic strategist acknowledged concerns about Biden's health but defended his record, citing achievements in Middle East diplomacy, foreign policy, COVID-19 management, and domestic semiconductor production.

  • Bakari Sellers: Former South Carolina state representative Sellers contended that President-elect Donald Trump would leave a more disgraceful legacy, referencing Trump's two impeachments.

  • Kristen Soltis Anderson: The Republican pollster suggested that voters might experience "buyer's remorse," feeling that the past four years did not lead to a more stable world or improved economy, potentially influencing Biden's legacy.

This debate underscores the polarized perspectives on President Biden's tenure, with supporters emphasizing his policy achievements and critics focusing on controversies and perceived failures.

Rent Prices are SO HIGH People are Going HOMELESS

The escalating cost of rent is a significant factor contributing to the rise in homelessness across the United States. Recent data indicates an 18% increase in homelessness over the past year, with over 770,000 individuals experiencing homelessness nationwide.

Key Factors:

  • Affordable Housing Shortage: The lack of affordable housing options forces many individuals and families into precarious living situations, increasing the risk of homelessness.

  • Economic Pressures: High inflation rates and stagnant wages exacerbate the financial strain on low-income households, making it increasingly difficult to afford rising rents.

  • Disproportionate Impact: Certain demographics, including Black individuals and families, are disproportionately affected, with a nearly 40% increase in family homelessness reported.

Local Impact

Rhode Island is where I live...

In Rhode Island, the escalating housing crisis reflects troubling national trends, highlighting the intersection of rising rental costs, a strained housing market, and increasing homelessness. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the state has experienced a staggering 70% rise in homelessness. This sharp uptick underscores the compounding challenges that many residents face as they struggle to secure stable housing in an increasingly unaffordable market.

One of the primary drivers of this crisis is the surge in rental costs. The average monthly rent for a two-bedroom apartment in Rhode Island has soared to nearly $2,000, far exceeding what many low- and middle-income households can afford. This increase has placed an overwhelming financial burden on residents, particularly those who were already navigating precarious economic circumstances. For families and individuals living paycheck to paycheck, the rising rents have forced difficult choices between housing, food, healthcare, and other essential needs.

Adding to the strain is the state's limited housing supply, which has failed to keep pace with growing demand. The shortage of affordable units has created a competitive rental market, driving prices higher and leaving vulnerable populations with fewer options. This lack of inventory not only limits opportunities for renters but also exacerbates the challenges for those attempting to transition out of homelessness.

The ripple effects of this housing crisis are evident across Rhode Island’s communities. Families are being displaced, individuals are finding themselves on the streets, and shelters are struggling to meet the increased demand for assistance. As the affordability gap widens, the state’s most at-risk populations, including seniors, low-income workers, and single-parent households, face heightened risks of homelessness.

Rhode Island's experience serves as a microcosm of the broader housing challenges confronting the nation. Addressing these issues requires a multifaceted approach, including investments in affordable housing development, rental assistance programs, and policies aimed at stabilizing rental markets. Without decisive action, the crisis will continue to deepen, leaving more residents vulnerable to the devastating impacts of housing instability.

The correlation between rising rent prices and increasing homelessness underscores the urgent need for comprehensive housing policies that address affordability and expand access to stable housing solutions.

There is a rumor going around that Trump is blocked from taking office

Has Trump been blocked from taking office?

As of December 29, 2024, there have been no successful legal or legislative actions to prevent President-elect Donald Trump from assuming the presidency on January 20, 2025. While some legal scholars and opinion pieces have suggested that Congress possesses the authority to block Trump's inauguration under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment—citing allegations of insurrection related to the events of January 6, 2021—such proposals have not gained traction among lawmakers. The Hill

Notably, an op-ed in The Hill argued that Congress could act to disqualify Trump based on this constitutional provision. However, this perspective has sparked significant debate and has been met with resistance across the political spectrum. EconoTimes

In response to these discussions, Trump's spokesperson, Steven Cheung, criticized the notion of using the 14th Amendment to block Trump's presidency, accusing Democrats of attempting to "steal the election." New York Post

Given the lack of legislative action and the prevailing political dynamics, Donald Trump remains on course to be inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States on January 20, 2025.

What We Know About the CIA’s Midcentury Mind-Control Project

For over two decades, the existence of MKUltra remained a closely guarded secret. It wasn’t until 1975 that a congressional investigation, known as the Church Committee, brought the program to light. The committee’s findings exposed widespread violations of civil liberties and a troubling lack of oversight within the CIA. Public outrage ensued, leading to demands for reform and greater accountability within U.S. intelligence agencies (Smithsonian Magazine).

Unveiling MKUltra: The CIA's Secret Mind-Control Experimentation

On April 13, 1953, during the height of the Cold War, the CIA launched Project MKUltra, a covert initiative designed to explore mind-control techniques. As the United States sought to gain an edge in psychological warfare, MKUltra became a deeply secretive and ethically questionable endeavor. With its experiments ranging from the bizarre to the grotesque, the program cast a long shadow over American intelligence practices and left an indelible mark on history.

The Origins and Scope of MKUltra

Project MKUltra was far-reaching, encompassing 162 secret initiatives that were indirectly funded by the CIA. These projects were outsourced to universities, research institutions, and foundations, many of which were unaware of their connection to the CIA. According to Smithsonian Magazine, this intricate web of covert operations aimed to test the boundaries of human psychology and control.

Experiments Without Consent

The experiments conducted under MKUltra frequently crossed ethical boundaries. Participants, including mental patients, prisoners, drug addicts, and sex workers, were often unwitting subjects. One particularly egregious example involved a Kentucky mental patient who was administered LSD for 174 consecutive days. The overarching goal was to identify substances that could force confessions, erase memories, or effectively "reprogram" individuals into robotic agents for covert operations. These experiments flagrantly violated ethical standards such as the Nuremberg Code, which requires informed consent for human experimentation (Wikipedia).

Operation Midnight Climax: A Dark Chapter

Among the many subprojects of MKUltra, Operation Midnight Climax stands out for its audacity. The CIA set up safehouses in San Francisco and lured individuals to these locations, where they were secretly dosed with LSD. Hidden behind one-way mirrors, CIA operatives observed and documented their reactions. This initiative exemplified the program's disregard for human rights and its willingness to exploit vulnerable individuals (Wikipedia).

Discovery and Fallout

For over two decades, the existence of MKUltra remained a closely guarded secret. It wasn’t until 1975 that a congressional investigation, known as the Church Committee, brought the program to light. The committee’s findings exposed widespread violations of civil liberties and a troubling lack of oversight within the CIA. Public outrage ensued, leading to demands for reform and greater accountability within U.S. intelligence agencies (Smithsonian Magazine).

Declassified Documents and Continued Interest

The full extent of MKUltra’s operations remains shrouded in mystery, as many records were destroyed in 1973. However, recently declassified documents have provided new insights into the program's methods and scope. In December 2024, previously sealed records were published, further illuminating the CIA’s controversial efforts during the Cold War (Newsweek).

Legacy and Ethical Questions

MKUltra’s legacy raises critical questions about the balance between national security and ethical responsibility. While its proponents argued that such measures were necessary to combat perceived threats, the program's methods undermined the very principles of freedom and human dignity that the United States sought to defend.

Eight Angels Found Hiding Nearly in Plain Sight

In a remarkable restoration effort, conservators at Boston's historic Old North Church have uncovered eight painted angels dating back to the early 18th century. These artworks had been concealed beneath layers of white paint for over a century. New York Post

The Old North Church, established in 1723, is renowned for its pivotal role in American history, notably as the site where two lanterns were hung to signal Paul Revere's legendary ride in 1775. Wikipedia The recently revealed angels, characterized by their cherubic faces and wings, were originally painted around 1730 by congregation member John Gibbs. In 1912, during a renovation that favored a more austere aesthetic, these vibrant artworks were inexplicably covered with thick coats of white paint. New York Post

The meticulous restoration process, led by conservator Gianfranco Pocobene, began in September 2024. The team employed solvent gels to soften the multiple layers of overpaint, followed by careful manual removal using plastic scrapers and cotton swabs. This painstaking work has successfully unveiled eight of the sixteen hidden angels, with plans to uncover the remaining eight by spring 2025. WCVB

This restoration not only brings to light significant colonial-era artwork but also enriches the historical narrative of the Old North Church. Visitors can now experience the church's interior as it appeared during the time of Paul Revere, offering deeper insights into the religious and cultural heritage of the period. WCVB

The project is timely, aligning with preparations for the 250th anniversary of Paul Revere's ride in April 2025. By restoring these angels, the church aims to honor its rich history and provide visitors with a more authentic glimpse into its past. Associated Press

Squatters are a real problem.. What is being done about it?

The recent arrest of Georgia homeowner Loletha Hale, who was detained while attempting to reclaim her property from an alleged squatter, has brought attention to the complexities and challenges property owners face when dealing with unauthorized occupants.

In December 2024, Hale sought to regain possession of her mother's house in Clayton County, Georgia, which was occupied by Sakemeyia Johnson without Hale's consent. Despite a court ruling in Hale's favor in mid-November, Johnson remained on the property. When Hale attempted to enter the home, a confrontation ensued, leading to her arrest on charges of criminal trespass and a misdemeanor count of terroristic threats. Johnson faced no charges in the incident. New York Post

Squatting Laws in Georgia

Squatting, defined as occupying an abandoned or unoccupied space without lawful permission, has become a growing concern in Georgia. The state has seen a significant increase in squatting cases, rising from three in 2017 to 198 in 2023. New York Post

In response to this trend, Georgia enacted the Squatter Reform Act in April 2024. This legislation aims to expedite the removal of illegal occupants and restore property rights to lawful owners. Key provisions of the act include:

  • Definition of Unlawful Squatting: The act establishes the offense of unlawful squatting, defining it as entering and residing on a property without the owner's consent. The Georgia Virtue

  • Law Enforcement Authority: The law empowers police, marshals, and other law enforcement officials to serve owner's affidavits and remove squatters, in addition to county sheriffs.  Willie Teusink

  • Counter-Affidavit Provision: Squatters are given three days to provide a counter-affidavit asserting their right to be on the property. Failure to do so can lead to immediate removal. Willie Teusink

Challenges in Enforcement

Despite the new legislation, property owners like Hale face difficulties in reclaiming their properties. The legal process requires strict adherence to procedures, and any deviation can result in complications, as seen in Hale's case. Law enforcement officials may be hesitant to act without clear legal documentation, such as a writ of possession, to avoid potential legal repercussions.

Recommendations for Property Owners

To navigate the complexities of dealing with squatters, property owners in Georgia should consider the following steps:

  1. Secure Legal Documentation: Obtain all necessary court orders, including a writ of possession, before attempting to remove an occupant.

  2. Engage Law Enforcement: Work closely with local law enforcement to ensure the removal process adheres to legal standards.

  3. Avoid Self-Help Evictions: Refrain from taking unilateral actions to remove occupants, as this can lead to legal consequences.

  4. Consult Legal Counsel: Seek advice from an attorney experienced in property law to navigate the eviction process effectively.

The arrest of Loletha Hale underscores the challenges property owners face when dealing with squatters, even with supportive legislation like the Georgia Squatter Reform Act. It highlights the importance of following legal procedures and obtaining proper documentation to reclaim property lawfully.

Criminals Target Catholics During Christmas Mass in Upstate New York: Parking Lot Thefts on the Rise

Recent reports indicate that criminals in upstate New York have targeted Catholics attending Christmas Masses, with at least two church parking lots being hit during services.

While specific details about these incidents are limited, they highlight a broader trend of increased criminal activity in parking lots during the holiday season.

Rise in Parking Lot Crimes

During the holiday season, there has been a notable increase in vehicle-related crimes, particularly in parking lots. For instance, data from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey shows a more than 50% spike in car thefts this quarter, with 23 vehicles stolen from regional airports compared to 15 last year. CBS News

Legislative Measures to Combat Reckless Driving

In response to rising concerns about parking lot safety, New York State has enacted legislation to curb reckless driving in these areas. Governor Kathy Hochul signed a bill that classifies reckless driving in parking lots as a misdemeanor, empowering law enforcement to take more decisive action against such behaviors. This measure aims to enhance safety for both pedestrians and drivers in parking areas. QNS

Recommendations for Churchgoers and the General Public

To mitigate the risk of falling victim to parking lot crimes, especially during the holiday season, consider the following precautions:

  • Park in Well-Lit Areas: Choose parking spots that are illuminated to deter potential criminals.

  • Secure Your Vehicle: Always lock your car and ensure windows are fully closed.

  • Hide Valuables: Keep personal belongings out of sight, preferably in the trunk or a concealed compartment.

  • Stay Vigilant: Be aware of your surroundings when entering or exiting your vehicle.

  • Report Suspicious Activity: Inform local law enforcement of any unusual behavior in parking areas.

By adopting these safety measures, individuals can help protect themselves and their property from opportunistic crimes during the festive season.

BREAKING: Reports are going out that people received the COVID vaccine injections while under sedation.

Recent reports have surfaced alleging that individuals in the United States received COVID-19 vaccinations without their consent while under sedation for unrelated medical procedures. These claims have ignited ethical and legal debates concerning informed consent in healthcare.

Some patients assert that they were administered COVID-19 vaccines during medical procedures without prior knowledge or agreement. These allegations have led to public outcry and potential legal actions, as they challenge the foundational principle of informed consent in medical practice. EconoTimes

Administering vaccines without explicit patient consent contravenes medical ethics and legal standards. Informed consent is a cornerstone of patient autonomy, ensuring individuals are fully aware of and agree to any medical intervention. Unauthorized medical procedures can lead to legal repercussions and erode public trust in healthcare systems.

Health authorities have provided guidelines for administering vaccines under sedation in specific circumstances, such as for individuals with severe needle phobia or behavioral disorders. These guidelines emphasize that:

  • Informed Consent: Must be obtained from the patient or, if they are unable to consent, from a parent, guardian, or substitute decision-maker. Health Australia

  • Appropriate Use of Sedation: Sedation should be considered on a case-by-case basis, ensuring it is in the patient's best interest and not used as a means to enforce vaccination. Health Australia

  • Safety Considerations: There are no theoretical concerns regarding the safety or effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines administered under sedation, beyond the inherent risks associated with sedation itself. Health Australia

While reports of non-consensual COVID-19 vaccinations under sedation have emerged, thorough investigations are essential to ascertain their validity. Healthcare providers are reminded to adhere strictly to informed consent protocols, ensuring that all medical interventions respect patient autonomy and comply with ethical and legal standards.

For more detailed information, refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's clinical guidance on COVID-19 vaccination. CDC

Alex Jones, a prominent conspiracy theorist and host of "The Alex Jones Show," has been a vocal critic of COVID-19 vaccines, frequently discussing their potential risks and alleged hidden agendas. His commentary is often disseminated through platforms like Rumble, where his videos attract significant viewership.

In various episodes, Jones has hosted guests who present controversial perspectives on COVID-19 vaccines:

  • Denis Rancourt Interview: Jones interviewed Denis Rancourt, PhD, who claimed that, based on global all-cause mortality statistics, COVID-19 vaccines have resulted in 17 million deaths worldwide. Rumble

  • Dr. Peter McCullough's Insights: In another segment, Dr. Peter McCullough discussed a study he co-authored, suggesting that 74% of deaths following mRNA vaccine administration were likely caused by the vaccine. He also highlighted concerns about a cancer-promoting DNA segment (SV40) found in COVID-19 vaccines. Rumble

  • German Physician Union Warning: Jones referenced warnings from Germany's largest physician union, which allegedly cautioned that COVID-19 vaccines are deadly, though these warnings were purportedly ignored. Rumble

Jones's content is widely available on Rumble, a video-sharing platform that hosts his shows and interviews. For instance, "The Alex Jones Show" playlist on Rumble features multiple episodes discussing COVID-19 vaccines and related topics. Rumble

It's important to note that many of Jones's claims have been met with skepticism and criticism from the scientific community and fact-checkers. Health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), maintain that COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective, with benefits outweighing potential risks.

While Alex Jones continues to disseminate content critical of COVID-19 vaccines, it's crucial for individuals to consult credible sources and healthcare professionals when making informed decisions about vaccination.

For those interested in exploring Jones's discussions further, his interviews and shows are accessible on Rumble. Rumble

We wont ever sell cigarettes again...

But we will do this 24-7

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a civil lawsuit against CVS Pharmacy Inc. and its subsidiaries, alleging that the company unlawfully dispensed large quantities of opioids and other controlled substances over more than a decade, in violation of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and the False Claims Act (FCA). Justice Department

The DOJ's complaint, unsealed on December 18, 2024, in Providence, Rhode Island, asserts that since October 17, 2013, CVS filled prescriptions lacking legitimate medical purposes. These included prescriptions for excessive quantities of opioids, early refills, and dangerous drug combinations known as "trinity" prescriptions—a mix of an opioid, a benzodiazepine, and a muscle relaxant associated with a high risk of overdose. Justice Department The lawsuit further alleges that CVS sought reimbursement from federal healthcare programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE, for these unlawful prescriptions, thereby violating the FCA. Justice Department

The DOJ contends that CVS pharmacies were "dangerously understaffed," pressuring pharmacists to meet corporate performance metrics that prioritized speed over safety. This environment allegedly led to the rapid filling of prescriptions without adequate verification of their legitimacy. Despite repeated warnings from pharmacists about understaffing and the potential for dispensing invalid prescriptions, the company purportedly failed to implement necessary safeguards. Barron's

In response to the lawsuit, CVS has denied the allegations, stating that it has been cooperating with the DOJ's investigation and intends to vigorously defend against the claims. The company emphasized its commitment to combating the opioid crisis and highlighted previous settlements with state and local governments related to opioid dispensing. Reuters

This lawsuit follows CVS's agreement in November 2022 to pay nearly $5 billion over ten years to settle lawsuits brought by states, cities, and tribes concerning its role in the opioid crisis. Despite these settlements, the DOJ's current action indicates ongoing scrutiny of CVS's practices in dispensing controlled substances. Legal Dive

The DOJ's lawsuit against CVS underscores the federal government's efforts to hold corporations accountable for their roles in the opioid epidemic, which has resulted in over 800,000 overdose deaths in the United States from 1999 to 2023. The outcome of this case could have significant implications for pharmacy chains and their responsibilities in dispensing controlled substances. Reuters

Everyone Repeat After me...

Truuuump Effffect....Truuuump Effffect....Truuuump Effffect....

We are going to see things we've never seen before.

The bombshells started dropping when Trump announced his plan to pull out of the World Health Organization on day one of his administration. But that was just the beginning. In a move that sent shockwaves through Panama's government, Trump declared his intention to reclaim the Panama Canal, calling out Jimmy Carter's disastrous decision to give away this critical asset for just one dollar. The response from Panama's President was immediate, but Trump's reply - "We'll see about that" - has global leaders scrambling.

HERE IS THE RAW BRUTAL REALITY

President-elect Donald Trump's recent declarations to withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO) and to reclaim control over the Panama Canal have sparked significant debate, eliciting both support and criticism.

Withdrawal from the World Health Organization

Rebuttals:

  • Global Health Impact: Critics argue that exiting the WHO could undermine international health initiatives, especially in combating pandemics. The WHO plays a pivotal role in coordinating global responses to health crises, and U.S. withdrawal might weaken these efforts. Associated Press

  • Diplomatic Relations: Leaving the WHO may strain relationships with allies who view the organization as essential for global health governance. Such a move could be perceived as the U.S. retreating from international leadership. Associated Press

Approvals:

  • Organizational Critiques: Supporters of the withdrawal contend that the WHO has demonstrated inefficiencies and a lack of transparency, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. They believe that U.S. funds could be better allocated to more effective health initiatives. Associated Press

  • Sovereignty Concerns: Proponents assert that disengaging from the WHO allows the U.S. to independently determine its health policies without external influence, ensuring decisions align with national interests. Associated Press

Reclaiming the Panama Canal

Rebuttals:

  • Sovereignty Violations: Panama's President José Raúl Mulino has firmly rejected Trump's proposal, emphasizing that the canal is Panamanian territory and its sovereignty is non-negotiable. Such a move could be seen as an infringement on Panama's independence. New York Post

  • International Relations: Latin American leaders, including Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum, have expressed solidarity with Panama, stating that the canal belongs to Panama and should remain under its control. This collective stance indicates potential diplomatic fallout in the region. El País

Approvals:

  • Strategic Interests: Some supporters argue that reclaiming the canal would enhance U.S. strategic and economic interests, ensuring control over a vital maritime route and potentially reducing transit fees for American vessels. New York Magazine

  • Historical Context: Advocates may reference the canal's original construction and operation by the U.S., suggesting that American management could lead to more efficient operations and maintenance. New York Magazine

These policy proposals have ignited extensive discussions regarding their potential implications on international relations, global health, and geopolitical dynamics.

Over the past week, several significant developments have emerged in the realm of drone technology and its applications.

Over the past week, several significant developments have emerged in the realm of drone technology and its applications. Here's a summary of the key updates & An Update of All Civilian sightings

Security Concerns Over Unauthorized Drone Flights

In the United States, there has been a notable increase in unauthorized drone sightings, particularly over critical infrastructure in New Jersey and New York. This surge has raised concerns among businesses, residents, and law enforcement agencies. Currently, only a few federal agencies have the legal authority to neutralize these drones. In response to recent incidents, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has imposed flight bans over sensitive areas in both states. Entities such as stadiums and power companies are especially worried about the potential threats posed by these drones. There are ongoing discussions about granting local and state law enforcement the authority to disable unauthorized drones, though this presents legal and operational challenges due to existing federal regulations. Legislation is pending in Congress to address these issues. Additionally, technical and safety considerations are being evaluated to ensure that counter-drone measures do not inadvertently impact commercial aircraft or essential services. Wall Street Journal

Ukraine's Deployment of Kamikaze Drones

The Ukrainian military has begun utilizing modified commercial light aircraft as kamikaze drones to target Russian positions. One notable example is the Aeroprakt A-22 "Foxbat," an ultralight aircraft capable of carrying up to 200 kg of explosives with a range of up to 1,200 kilometers, surpassing the reach of traditional cruise missiles. These drones are launched using satellite navigation systems and have successfully conducted significant offensives, including an attack in Tatarstan where 200 kg of explosives detonated at a factory. The A-22's small engine and special coating make it difficult for Russian air defenses to detect, allowing it to fly at low altitudes and moderate speeds without easy detection. HuffPost Español

Expansion of Drone Delivery Services

Zipline, a leading drone-delivery company, is expanding its operations to compete with major players like Amazon and Walmart in the growing drone-delivery market. Founded in 2014, Zipline has completed approximately 1.3 million commercial deliveries in the U.S. and has flown nearly 100 million miles globally, primarily delivering medical supplies in Africa. Despite the slow pace of regulatory approvals and public skepticism, the drone-delivery sector is poised for growth, with PwC estimating 800 million deliveries annually by drone by 2034, valued at $65 billion. Zipline, funded by venture capital and known for its innovation in autonomous drone technology, aims to expand further in U.S. metropolitan areas. The company is testing new drone models that deliver goods via tether and parachute. CEO Keller Cliffton highlights the ongoing competition and the potential for drones to revolutionize logistics by providing efficient, zero-emission delivery solutions. The move towards widespread drone delivery faces regulatory and technical challenges but promises a transformative impact on logistics and retail. Barron's

Drone Light Shows for Festive Celebrations

In the Canary Islands, the Cabildo of Lanzarote, through SPEL-Turismo Lanzarote, has organized one of the largest drone light shows in the region for the holiday season. Scheduled for December 27 in the Parque Temático de Arrecife, the event will feature 235 drones forming 14 luminous figures related to Christmas, as well as the culture and landscape of the island. This initiative combines technology and creativity to offer a unique and free spectacle for families, aiming to enhance the festive atmosphere and create memorable experiences for residents and visitors alike. Cadena SER

Legislative Efforts to Ban Chinese-Made Drones

In Washington, lawmakers are pushing to ban the sale of drones from Chinese manufacturers DJI Technology and Autel Robotics, citing national security concerns. They argue that reliance on Chinese-made drones is detrimental to the U.S. drone industry. DJI, which dominates the global and U.S. markets, disputes these claims and denies any wrongdoing. The company has been placed on multiple blacklists by the U.S. government amid concerns over alleged links to the Chinese military and human rights issues. American users express difficulty in finding equivalent domestic alternatives, noting the superior performance and affordability of Chinese drones. The debate underscores the broader economic and technological rivalry between the U.S. and China. Some advocates are calling for government investment to help the U.S. drone industry catch up. Associated Press

Ukraine's Deployment of Robotic Battle force

Ukraine has, for the first time, deployed an entirely robot-based assault force against Russian troops in Kharkiv. The technology utilized includes remote-controlled flying drones for surveillance and minelaying, explosive robots on the ground and in the air, as well as gun-armed ground bots. Footage revealed a tracked platform robot equipped with a Browning 12.7 mm machine gun. The deployment involved dozens of robotic and unmanned units working in unison over a specific battlefield section. Earlier, Ukraine had used marine drones, known as "Sea Baby," to attack Russian helicopters and warplanes, and "Honey Badger" land drones to destroy bridges. Additionally, Ukraine has exhibited robotic dogs capable of carrying supplies and performing tasks, minimizing risk to soldiers. The continuous evolution in military technology highlights Ukraine’s increasing reliance on advanced unmanned systems to conduct operations and neutralize threats, with plans to significantly expand its fleet of robotic vehicles in the near future. The Scottish Sun

Biden Removes 10 Million Dollar Bounty On Syrian Leader Jolani...?

According to Pamela Geller, “The terrorist Abu Mohammed al-Jolani had a ten-million-dollar bounty on his head for killing Americans in Iraq. Biden removed the bounty when his guerilla army took over Syria.”

Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, the leader of the Syrian jihadist group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), has been a prominent figure in the Syrian conflict. The U.S. government designated him as a terrorist and, in 2013, offered a $10 million reward for information leading to his capture.

In recent years, al-Jolani has sought to rebrand HTS, distancing it from its al-Qaeda origins and presenting it as a local Syrian opposition group. This rebranding includes efforts to gain legitimacy and support from local populations and international actors.

As of December 2024, there is no credible information indicating that the U.S. government has removed the bounty on al-Jolani. The Rewards for Justice program, managed by the U.S. Department of State, continues to list him with a $10 million reward for information leading to his capture.

Additionally, there have been no official announcements from the Biden administration regarding any changes to al-Jolani's status or the associated bounty.

David Brooks - Are We the Bad guys?

In August 2023, David Brooks, a columnist for The New York Times, published an op-ed titled "What if We're the Bad Guys Here?" RealClearPolitics

In this piece, Brooks reflects on the role of the educated elite in American society, suggesting that their actions may have inadvertently contributed to the rise of populist sentiments, particularly those supporting figures like Donald Trump.

Brooks argues that the professional class has created systems that, while ostensibly promoting meritocracy, often serve to exclude and alienate those without similar educational backgrounds. He notes that professions such as journalism have become dominated by graduates from elite institutions, leading to a cultural divide between the highly educated and the rest of society. This segregation, according to Brooks, fosters resentment and a sense of disenfranchisement among those who feel left behind.

He also points out that the concentration of the educated elite in prosperous metropolitan areas further exacerbates this divide. Brooks cites data indicating that in the 2020 election, President Biden won approximately 500 counties responsible for 71% of the American economy, while former President Trump won over 2,500 counties accounting for only 29%. This economic and geographic segregation, Brooks suggests, leads to insularity among the elite and a lack of understanding of the challenges faced by the broader population.

Brooks concludes by questioning the self-perception of the educated elite as the "good guys" in societal narratives. He warns that by prioritizing their own caste privileges over genuine leadership and inclusivity, they risk perpetuating the very divisions that fuel populist movements. His column serves as a call for introspection among the professional class, urging them to recognize and address the ways in which their behaviors and systems may contribute to societal discord.

The op-ed sparked significant discussion and debate, with various commentators analyzing and critiquing Brooks's perspective on the role of elites in contemporary American society.

After nearly three years of heavy battles and mass strikes, Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine continues.

Russia launches Christmas Day attack on Ukraine

On December 25, 2024, Russia launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on Ukraine, focusing on the nation's energy infrastructure. This offensive involved over 70 missiles and 100 drones, leading to significant power outages across multiple regions, including Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, and Kyiv. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the timing of the attack on Christmas Day as "inhumane," suggesting it was a deliberate act by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Business Insider

The Ukrainian air force reported detecting 184 missiles and drones during the assault, successfully intercepting a substantial number. Despite these defensive efforts, critical energy facilities sustained damage, resulting in widespread power outages amid freezing temperatures. The northeastern city of Kharkiv was notably affected, with explosions causing injuries and leaving a significant portion of the city without heating. Reuters

In response to the missile trajectories, which crossed into Moldovan and Romanian airspace, NATO forces were prompted to take action. Poland scrambled fighter jets and heightened defenses to address the potential threat. The international community has widely condemned these strikes as violations of international law, emphasizing the severe impact on Ukrainian civilians during the holiday season. The Scottish Sun

This attack is part of a series of mass strikes throughout the year targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure, significantly impacting the country's electrical capacity and civilian morale. The deliberate timing of the assault on Christmas Day has been interpreted as an attempt to demoralize the Ukrainian population, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region. Associated Press

PREDICTION

Matt Gaetz JUST BECAME SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE as Mike Johnson Failing to Gain Support Among GOP

House Speaker Mike Johnson is encountering significant challenges as he seeks re-election on January 3, 2025. His recent handling of a government funding bill has drawn criticism from various factions within the Republican Party, casting doubt on his leadership.

In an effort to prevent a government shutdown, Johnson collaborated with Democrats to pass a stopgap spending bill. This move, however, alienated some conservative members who felt the bill lacked necessary fiscal reforms. Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) has already stated he will oppose Johnson's re-election as Speaker, and others have expressed reservations about his leadership. Washington Examiner

The Republican Party's narrow majority in the House means Johnson requires near-unanimous support from his colleagues to retain his position. The internal dissent following the spending bill has intensified scrutiny of his leadership, with some members questioning his ability to effectively lead the party. Newsweek  Adding to the complexity, President-elect Donald Trump and influential figures like Elon Musk have exerted pressure on congressional decisions.

Musk's public criticism of the spending bill influenced Republican opposition, complicating Johnson's efforts to navigate party dynamics. The Atlantic

As the January 3 vote approaches, Johnson is working to consolidate support within the party. His future as Speaker depends on his ability to address the concerns of both conservative hardliners and mainstream Republicans, while managing external pressures from prominent political figures.

Restraining Order Filed by Matt Gaetz Against House Ethics Committee

Former Representative Matt Gaetz is embroiled in a legal battle to prevent the public release of a House Ethics Committee report that allegedly contains serious allegations against him, including sexual misconduct, drug use, and obstruction of Congress.

The House Ethics Committee's investigation reportedly uncovered evidence suggesting that Gaetz paid for sex with multiple women, including a 17-year-old girl, between 2017 and 2020. The report alleges that Gaetz spent over $90,000 on these activities and engaged in drug-fueled parties involving substances like ecstasy and cocaine. These findings indicate potential violations of federal law and House ethics rules. New York Post

In response to the impending release of the report, Gaetz filed a lawsuit seeking a restraining order to block its publication. He argues that the report's release would cause irreparable harm to his reputation and career. Despite his efforts, the House Ethics Committee proceeded with the release, citing the public's right to be informed about the conduct of elected officials. The Sun

The allegations have had significant repercussions for Gaetz's political aspirations. He recently withdrew his nomination for U.S. Attorney General under President-elect Donald Trump, a decision influenced by the mounting controversies. Additionally, Gaetz announced his resignation from Congress, stating that he would not return for the upcoming term. The Atlantic

The release of the Ethics Committee report has elicited strong reactions from both the public and political figures. Critics argue that Gaetz's alleged actions are a betrayal of public trust and call for accountability. Supporters, however, claim that the allegations are politically motivated attacks aimed at undermining his career. The controversy has further polarized opinions, reflecting broader national divisions.

The unfolding situation surrounding Matt Gaetz underscores the importance of ethical conduct among public officials and the mechanisms in place to hold them accountable. As the legal proceedings continue, the case serves as a reminder of the scrutiny faced by those in positions of power and the imperative for transparency and integrity in public service.

Sen. Rand Paul Intensifies Calls for Dr. Fauci's Prosecution Over COVID-19 Accountability

Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has consistently criticized Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), accusing him of dishonesty during the COVID-19 pandemic and calling for his imprisonment.

Sen. Paul alleges that Dr. Fauci misled Congress and the public regarding the origins of COVID-19 and the funding of gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China. In a January 2024 interview, Paul stated, "For his dishonesty, frankly, he should go to prison." He contends that Fauci's decisions may have contributed to millions of deaths worldwide. The Hill

In July 2023, Sen. Paul announced an official criminal referral to the Department of Justice, accusing Dr. Fauci of lying to Congress about the NIH's involvement in funding gain-of-function research. Paul referenced an unredacted email from February 2020, in which Fauci discussed concerns about the virus's origins and potential links to research in Wuhan. NewsNation Now

Dr. Fauci has consistently denied the allegations, asserting that the NIH did not fund gain-of-function research in Wuhan. He has described the accusations as baseless, stating, "There's no response to that craziness... I mean, prosecute me for what? What are they talking about?" The Hill

The dispute between Sen. Paul and Dr. Fauci highlights the broader debate over the origins of COVID-19 and the transparency of public health officials. While some lawmakers support investigations into these matters, others view the accusations as politically motivated. Sen. Rand Paul's calls for Dr. Anthony Fauci's imprisonment underscore ongoing tensions regarding the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. As investigations continue, the discourse reflects deep divisions over accountability and public trust in health institutions.

"Unveiled: Alleged Federal Contractor Ties to Child Trafficking Sparks Alarming Questions"

In a recent investigation, Anthony Rubin of Muckraker.com documented instances of contractors, allegedly linked to federal agencies, transporting minors through U.S. airports during early morning hours. These operations have raised concerns about the welfare of these children and the transparency of such movements.

Broader Context of Child Movements

Rubin reported observing a contractor with purported ties to agencies like the CIA, FBI, DHS, and NSA escorting young children through a Houston airport at approximately 5:00 a.m. When approached, the contractor allegedly claimed to be "on vacation," despite the unusual circumstances. Muckraker

This incident is part of a broader pattern where contractors are seen moving minors through various airports during odd hours. For instance, at Valley International Airport, contractors were documented escorting infants, children, and adolescents in the early morning hours. When questioned, a nearby Border Patrol agent reportedly remarked, "It happens every day... it's America."Muckraker

These observations have sparked concerns about the safety and well-being of the children involved. Reports indicate that some minors are placed with sponsors who may have criminal backgrounds, including affiliations with gangs like MS-13, or involvement in labor and sex trafficking rings. Investigations have uncovered instances where children were delivered to abandoned houses or addresses linked to illicit activities. Muckraker

The lack of transparency and oversight in these operations has led to calls for greater accountability from federal agencies responsible for the care and placement of unaccompanied minors. Critics argue that the current system fails to adequately protect vulnerable children from exploitation and trafficking. Muckraker

The transportation of minors by contractors with alleged ties to federal agencies, often under the cover of darkness, raises serious ethical and legal questions. Ensuring the safety and well-being of these children necessitates increased transparency, stringent vetting of sponsors, and robust oversight mechanisms to prevent potential exploitation and abuse.

NJ Sheriff's Thermal Cameras Caught Something Shocking When Tracking These Mystery Drones

In recent weeks, New Jersey has experienced a surge in mysterious drone sightings, prompting local law enforcement to take action. The Ocean County Sheriff's Office, led by Sheriff Michael Mastronardy, has been at the forefront of these efforts, deploying their own drones equipped with thermal imaging to investigate these unidentified aerial phenomena.

Deployment of Thermal Imaging Drones

The Sheriff's Office has utilized industrial-grade drones outfitted with thermal cameras to detect and track the mysterious drones. These thermal imaging devices are capable of detecting heat signatures, allowing officers to monitor drone activity even in low-visibility conditions. During one operation, the Sheriff's drone unit observed an unidentified object flying low and fast, capturing it on video. Sgt. Kevin Fennessy noted, "We saw something flying a little low... Definitely something flying low and fast." News 12 New Jersey

Despite deploying advanced technology, the Sheriff's Office has faced difficulties in conclusively identifying the origins and operators of these drones. The drones often operate at night, sometimes without lights, making visual identification challenging. Additionally, the drones' ability to evade typical detection methods has complicated efforts to determine their purpose and legality. App

The unexplained drone activities have led to public concern and speculation. Some residents fear potential surveillance or malicious intent, while others suggest benign explanations such as hobbyist activities or commercial operations. The lack of clear information has fueled various theories, ranging from foreign espionage to governmental testing of new technologies. ABC News

In response to the growing unease, federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), have initiated investigations to determine the nature and origin of these drones. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has also issued temporary flight restrictions over certain areas in New Jersey, warning that drones posing an imminent security threat may be subject to "deadly force." New York Post

The deployment of thermal imaging drones by the Ocean County Sheriff's Office underscores the seriousness with which local law enforcement is addressing the mysterious drone sightings in New Jersey. While these efforts have provided some insights, the true nature and origin of these drones remain undetermined. Ongoing investigations by federal and state agencies aim to provide clarity and ensure public safety.

As of December 2024, comprehensive data on child mortality rates in the United States, specifically related to COVID-19, is available through various health organizations. Here's a concise overview:

There's a lot of confusion and conflicting information about the death rates of children since the pandemic started. Some reports focus on how vaccines save lives, while others raise concerns about possible risks and side effects. This has left many people unsure about what to believe.

At the end of the day, we all want the same thing: the truth. Families and communities need clear, honest information to make the best decisions for their kids. But right now, it feels like we're getting mixed messages, and it’s hard to know who or what to trust.

The good news is that the truth always has a way of coming out. As more data is collected and analyzed, the hope is that we'll get a clearer understanding of what’s really happening. The new administration has a chance to make things right by being open and transparent, sharing accurate information, and making decisions based on facts.

This isn’t about politics—it’s about the health and safety of our children. Everyone deserves answers they can trust, and it’s up to those in charge to help us get them. Let’s hope they do. TBT

COVID-19 Impact on Child Mortality (2020-2023)

Overall Impact
  • Between 2020 and 2022, COVID-19 became a notable cause of death among children, with an estimated 1,086 deaths among children aged 1-17 during this period. (publications.aap.org)
  • While children generally experience lower mortality rates from COVID-19 compared to adults, it still posed significant risks for those with underlying conditions or compromised immunity.

Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated Mortality

  • A study cited by Infowars reported that vaccinated children had a 4,423% higher mortality rate compared to unvaccinated children. The source claims this disparity points to adverse effects associated with COVID-19 vaccines. (infowars.com)
  • Data presented during a U.S. Senate roundtable discussion on vaccine safety suggested that vaccinated individuals under 50 exhibited a 49% higher mortality rate compared to unvaccinated individuals. While this data encompasses adults, concerns about similar trends in children remain relevant. (rumble.com)

Broader Context and Limitations

  1. Alternative Data Insights:

    • While Infowars and Rumble provide critical perspectives, their data often lacks the comprehensive methodology used by traditional scientific studies.
    • Claims of extreme disparities, such as the 4,423% mortality increase among vaccinated children, warrant independent verification.
  2. Mainstream Data Context:

    • Conventional sources like the CDC emphasize that vaccines significantly reduce severe illness and deaths from COVID-19, including among children.

Conclusion

The debate surrounding child mortality rates, COVID-19, and vaccination highlights significant discrepancies in data interpretation across different perspectives. While alternative conservative outlets emphasize concerns about vaccine safety, mainstream health organizations maintain that vaccination is critical for preventing severe illness and death.

Efforts to understand child mortality rates require balanced evaluations of data from diverse sources, recognizing limitations and avoiding misinformation. Parents and policymakers must weigh evidence carefully when making decisions about children's health and safety.

"Reassessing 'Never Trump': Why Bret Stephens' Perspective Deserves Attention"

In a recent opinion piece titled "Time for Never Trumpers Like Me to Admit We Erred," published in The New York Times, columnist Bret Stephens reflects on his stance as a "Never Trumper" and suggests that critics like himself may have misjudged aspects of Donald Trump's presidency. HeraldNet

Stephens acknowledges that while there are valid concerns about Trump's approach, particularly regarding illiberal tendencies, the "Never Trump" movement may have overstated its case, leading to political impotence and a lack of understanding of Trump's appeal to his base.

He notes that despite initial fears, Trump's foreign policy was often cautious, and his administration took firm stances against adversaries like Russia.

Stephens also points out that Trump's economic policies resonated with working-class voters, including minorities, challenging traditional conservative expectations.

The column has sparked discussions across various media platforms. For instance, The Daily Beast published a piece titled "The 'Never Trump' Movement Is Dead. Long Live 'Never Trump'," analyzing the implications of Stephens' shift in perspective. Yahoo

Additionally, The Washington Examiner highlighted Stephens' acknowledgment of his "Never Trumper" stance and his advice to Democrats on engaging with Trump's policies. Washington Examiner

These discussions reflect a broader reassessment within conservative circles about the effectiveness and future direction of the "Never Trump" movement.

Stephens concludes by urging critics to adopt a more nuanced approach, suggesting that dropping heavy moralizing and incessant doomsaying could lead to more constructive political discourse.

He advocates for giving the new administration the benefit of the doubt and focusing on tangible issues that affect Americans.

This perspective invites ongoing debate about the role of conservative critics in shaping the future of the Republican Party and American politics.

Accepting Stephens’ perspective doesn’t mean endorsing all of Trump’s actions or policies—it means recognizing the value of balanced critique, introspection, and the need to prioritize substantive issues over polarizing rhetoric. By embracing his approach, political discourse can shift from entrenched partisanship to a more pragmatic, solutions-focused dialogue that benefits everyone.

Bret Stephens’ perspectives in his recent reflection on the "Never Trump" movement deserve consideration for several reasons. His argument challenges entrenched narratives, fosters introspection among critics, and promotes constructive political discourse.

Here’s why his views merit acceptance:

1. Self-Critique Demonstrates Intellectual Honesty

Stephens openly admits errors in his previous stance as a "Never Trumper." A willingness to reflect and revise opinions signals intellectual humility and maturity. This kind of self-assessment is rare in political commentary, where rigid partisanship often dominates.

Why It Matters: Accepting Stephens' perspective encourages a culture of accountability and dialogue, fostering mutual respect across ideological divides.

2. Recognition of Trump’s Policy Achievements

While acknowledging Trump’s shortcomings, Stephens highlights overlooked successes, such as foreign policy restraint, economic policies benefiting working-class Americans, and challenging traditional geopolitical adversaries. Recognizing these achievements offers a more balanced assessment of Trump’s presidency.

Why It Matters: A nuanced evaluation helps move beyond hyperbole and facilitates pragmatic discussions about effective governance.

3. Constructive Criticism Over Moralizing

Stephens argues that moral grandstanding and alarmism alienate potential allies and strengthen political polarization. Instead, he advocates for engaging with policies and tangible issues affecting everyday Americans.

Why It Matters: By focusing on policies rather than personalities, critics can present more credible alternatives and foster productive debates.

4. Acknowledging Trump’s Appeal

Stephens acknowledges the genuine concerns and frustrations of Trump’s base, particularly among working-class and minority voters. This recognition underscores the need to address their grievances rather than dismiss them outright.

Why It Matters: Understanding Trump’s appeal can help bridge divides and create a more inclusive political dialogue that resonates with a broader electorate.

5. Recalibrating the "Never Trump" Movement

Stephens’ critique of the "Never Trump" movement highlights its failure to adapt and connect with voters. By reassessing its approach, the movement can evolve into a more effective force for constructive criticism and reform.

Why It Matters: A recalibrated movement can serve as a meaningful check on future political excesses while contributing to the health of American democracy.

6. Encouraging Bipartisanship

Stephens calls for moving past divisive rhetoric and engaging with the new political landscape constructively. This perspective encourages collaboration and compromise, which are essential for addressing pressing national challenges.

Why It Matters: Bipartisanship is vital for crafting sustainable solutions to complex issues like economic inequality, healthcare, and national security.

STILL NO DISCLOUSURE ON DRONES

In recent weeks, numerous drone sightings across New Jersey have sparked public concern and speculation. Some theories suggest these drones are searching for missing radioactive material or even a lost nuclear weapon. However, official investigations have found no evidence supporting these claims.

Since mid-November 2024, residents in New Jersey and neighboring states have reported mysterious drones flying in grid-like patterns, often at night. This unusual activity has led to various theories, including the possibility that the drones are searching for missing radioactive material. Belleville Mayor Michael Melham speculated that the drones might be involved in such a search, referencing a recent incident where a small amount of radioactive material was temporarily misplaced.

China Condemns U.S. Military Aid to Taiwan, Asserting 'Red Line' in Bilateral Relations

China has issued a stern rebuke following the United States' recent authorization of a substantial military aid package to Taiwan, underscoring its position that Taiwan represents a "red line" in U.S.-China relations. The Chinese government contends that such actions violate the "one China principle" and threaten regional stability.

On December 22, 2024, the U.S. government approved a military assistance package for Taiwan valued at $571 million. This package includes defense articles, services, and military education and training aimed at bolstering Taiwan's self-defense capabilities. Additionally, the U.S. Defense Department authorized $295 million in military sales, encompassing advanced tactical radio systems and related equipment. Reuters

In response, China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson expressed strong opposition, stating that Taiwan is a "red line that must not be crossed" in U.S.-China relations. The spokesperson emphasized that the U.S. actions contravene the "one China principle" and the provisions of joint communiques between China and the United States. China has pledged to take "all necessary measures" to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity. Reuters

Taiwan's Foreign Ministry has welcomed the U.S. support, expressing gratitude for the continued assistance in enhancing its defense capabilities. Taiwan maintains that it is a sovereign nation and rejects China's claims over the island. Associated Press

The U.S. maintains a policy of providing Taiwan with defensive support to deter potential aggression from China, which views Taiwan as a breakaway province. The recent military aid package is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Taiwan's defense amid increasing military pressure from Beijing. China's military activities near Taiwan have escalated in recent months, including the deployment of naval vessels and aircraft in proximity to the island. The Times

The latest U.S. military aid to Taiwan has intensified tensions between Washington and Beijing, with China reiterating its firm stance on Taiwan as a non-negotiable issue. The situation underscores the delicate balance in U.S.-China relations and the complexities surrounding Taiwan's security and sovereignty.

White House aides knew Biden was mentally and physically unfit to be president from the very beginning

The Wall Street Journal recently reported that most aides to outgoing President Joe Biden knew of his declining mental and physical fitness from the very beginning of his presidency.

The Wall Street Journal report, based on interviews with nearly 50 individuals familiar with White House operations, went into detail how staffers and advisers adjusted Biden's schedule, limited his interactions and carefully managed his public appearances to prevent the public from perceiving the true extent of the decline in his cognitive abilities.

Concerns about Biden's mental state emerged as early as the spring of 2021, just months after he took office. A national security official reportedly rescheduled a meeting, stating that Biden was having a "bad day." Staffers noted that the president experienced "good days and bad days," leading to adjustments in his schedule to accommodate his energy levels and cognitive clarity.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams Faces Corruption Allegations Involving Foreign Ties and Campaign Irregularities

New York City Mayor Eric Adams faces serious allegations of corruption, including accusations of accepting bribes, illegal foreign campaign contributions, and involvement in bid-rigging schemes. These claims suggest he leveraged his position to grant favors to foreign nationals and business interests, including allegedly expediting construction permits for a Turkish consulate. The allegations have sparked federal investigations, added scrutiny to his administration, and led to criminal charges. These developments not only threaten Adams' political career but also raise concerns about ethical governance and foreign influence in city politics.

Federal Indictment and Charges

In September 2024, Mayor Adams was indicted on multiple federal charges, including:

  • Bribery: Allegedly accepting over $100,000 in luxury travel benefits from Turkish officials and businessmen in exchange for political favors. Associated Press

  • Wire Fraud: Engaging in schemes to defraud the public of honest services through the acceptance of bribes.

  • Solicitation of Illegal Foreign Campaign Contributions: Receiving campaign donations from foreign nationals, which is prohibited under U.S. law. BBC

The indictment details that Adams used his position to pressure the New York City Fire Department to expedite the opening of a new Turkish consulate building without a proper fire inspection, compromising safety protocols.Wikipedia

Campaign Finance Violations

Further scrutiny has been placed on Adams' campaign finances. The New York City Campaign Finance Board denied his reelection campaign access to public matching funds, citing allegations of misusing the program through illegal contributions. This decision has significant implications for his 2025 reelection bid. Politico

Associates Under Investigation

The mayor's inner circle has not been spared from legal troubles:

  • Ingrid Lewis-Martin: Former chief advisor to Adams, resigned amid a Manhattan grand jury investigation into allegations of accepting improper gifts and involvement in money laundering and bribery schemes. New York Magazine

  • Jeffrey Maddrey: Former NYPD Chief of Department and Adams ally, resigned following graphic sexual assault allegations, adding to the administration's controversies. Politico

Legal Proceedings and Defense

Mayor Adams has pleaded not guilty to all charges and remains defiant, stating that the allegations are "entirely false" and politically motivated. His trial is scheduled for April 2025. Notably, President-elect Donald Trump has indicated he might consider pardoning Adams, describing the charges as unfair, though no formal commitment has been made. New York Magazine

These allegations have cast a shadow over Adams' administration, raising concerns about ethical governance and the influence of foreign entities in local politics. The unfolding legal battles are expected to impact his ability to effectively govern and pursue reelection.

As legal proceedings advance, the outcomes will have significant ramifications for Mayor Adams' political career and the integrity of New York City's municipal governance. The situation underscores the critical importance of transparency and accountability in public office.

Steve Bannon Suggests Trump Could Seek Third Term in 2028, Sparking Constitutional Debate

In a recent address at the New York Young Republican Club, Steve Bannon, former chief strategist for President Donald Trump, proposed the notion of Trump pursuing a third presidential term in 2028. Bannon remarked, "I don't know, maybe we do it again in '28. Are you guys up for that?" Times of India

The 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution explicitly limits presidents to two elected terms, stating: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice." This amendment was ratified in 1951 following Franklin D. Roosevelt's four-term presidency. Legal experts affirm that this provision unequivocally prohibits any individual from serving more than two terms, regardless of whether the terms are consecutive. Vox

Bannon's suggestion has been met with skepticism and criticism from various quarters. Legal analysts emphasize that any attempt to circumvent the 22nd Amendment would face insurmountable constitutional barriers. Additionally, political commentators note that such rhetoric may be intended to galvanize Trump's support base rather than serve as a concrete proposal. Politico

As of now, President-elect Trump has not publicly indicated any intention to seek a third term. In fact, prior to his 2024 election victory, Trump mentioned that he would be unlikely to run again if he lost, suggesting that his political aspirations would conclude with the 2024 election cycle. New York Post

While Steve Bannon's remarks have ignited discussions about the possibility of a third term for President Trump, the constitutional limitations imposed by the 22nd Amendment render such a scenario highly improbable. The amendment's clear language and the rigorous process required to alter the Constitution make the prospect of a third presidential term for any individual virtually unattainable.

Biden signs government funding bill,

averting shutdown crisis

Yes, He did that. At least he did ONE good thing.

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden signed a government funding bill on Saturday, formally averting a shutdown crisis after Congress passed the bill.

The package funds the government at current levels through March 14 and includes $100 billion in disaster aid and a one-year farm bill. It did not include a debt limit extension demanded by President-elect Donald Trump.

"This agreement represents a compromise, which means neither side got everything it wanted," Biden said in a statement. "But it rejects the accelerated pathway to a tax cut for billionaires that Republicans sought, and it ensures the government can continue to operate at full capacity."

Derek Chauvin's Defense Granted Access to George Floyd's Tissue Samples in Appeal Effort

In a recent development, U.S. District Judge Paul Magnuson has permitted Derek Chauvin's legal team to examine preserved tissue samples from George Floyd's autopsy. This decision is part of Chauvin's ongoing efforts to challenge his federal civil rights conviction related to Floyd's death in 2020. AP News

Chauvin's attorney, Robert Meyers, contends that Floyd's death may have resulted from a pre-existing heart condition, potentially exacerbated by a rare tumor, rather than asphyxiation caused by Chauvin's actions. The defense argues that this alternative cause of death could have influenced Chauvin's decision to plead guilty to federal charges. KSTP

In a pivotal legal development, U.S. District Judge Paul Magnuson has granted Derek Chauvin’s legal team access to preserved tissue samples from George Floyd’s autopsy. This decision marks a significant step in Chauvin’s ongoing efforts to overturn his federal civil rights conviction tied to Floyd’s death, which has remained a focal point of national and international attention.

Context of the Ruling

Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer whose actions during Floyd’s arrest led to a global reckoning on race and policing, was convicted in 2021 on state charges of murder and manslaughter. He subsequently pleaded guilty to federal civil rights charges, accepting a 21-year sentence to run concurrently with his state conviction. Floyd’s death, captured on video as Chauvin knelt on his neck for over nine minutes, ignited worldwide protests against systemic racism and police brutality.

Chauvin’s current legal strategy hinges on presenting new medical evidence that challenges the established cause of Floyd’s death. His defense team claims that Floyd’s death may have been influenced by pre-existing conditions, including heart disease and a rare tumor, rather than asphyxiation caused by Chauvin’s actions. The examination of Floyd’s tissue samples aims to substantiate these claims.

Implications of the Decision

  1. Challenge to Previous Medical Findings: The decision opens the door for Chauvin’s legal team to introduce alternative medical interpretations of Floyd’s autopsy. The original autopsy concluded that Floyd’s death was a homicide caused by cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained. The defense seeks to establish that underlying health conditions or drug use played a significant role, potentially altering the narrative presented at trial.

  2. Impact on Federal Conviction: If the examination yields findings that align with the defense’s theory, it could strengthen Chauvin’s appeal against his federal civil rights conviction. This would represent a major shift in one of the most scrutinized legal cases in recent history.

  3. Prosecution’s Stance: Federal prosecutors have argued against the examination, asserting that the original autopsy provided comprehensive and conclusive evidence of Floyd’s cause of death. They contend that revisiting these findings undermines the integrity of the prior judicial process.

This development highlights the complexities of post-conviction appeals, especially in cases with significant public interest.

Chauvin’s appeal not only revisits the circumstances surrounding Floyd’s death but also touches on broader issues of accountability and justice in law enforcement. The potential reopening of medical findings could reignite public debate and further polarize opinions on the case.

The examination of the tissue samples will likely take months, and its findings could set the stage for additional legal battles. Both sides are expected to present detailed arguments regarding the relevance and admissibility of any new evidence.

Judge Magnuson’s decision to allow the examination of George Floyd’s tissue samples introduces a new dimension to a case that has already had profound legal and societal ramifications. As Chauvin’s legal team proceeds with its analysis, the implications of their findings could shape the narrative of one of the most significant civil rights cases in modern history.

Federal prosecutors have opposed this request, asserting that there is "no legal basis" for the examination of Floyd's tissue samples. They maintain that the original autopsy and trial provided comprehensive evidence supporting the conviction. Just The News

Derek Chauvin, a former Minneapolis police officer, was convicted in 2021 on state charges of murder and manslaughter for the death of George Floyd. He later pleaded guilty to federal civil rights charges and is currently serving concurrent sentences. Floyd's death, resulting from Chauvin kneeling on his neck for over nine minutes, sparked global protests against police brutality and systemic racism. Wikipedia

The judge's decision to allow the examination of Floyd's tissue samples introduces a new dimension to Chauvin's appeal process. While the defense seeks to establish an alternative cause of death, the prosecution emphasizes the substantial evidence previously presented. This development underscores the complexities involved in post-conviction appeals, particularly in cases with significant public interest.

As the legal proceedings continue, both sides are expected to present further arguments regarding the relevance and admissibility of the new medical examinations. The outcome of this appeal could have implications for the standards applied in reviewing convictions and the consideration of new evidence post-trial.

Texas School District Removes Bible Under HB 900 Regulations

"Gender Queer," and "All Boys Aren't Blue," are ok... The Bible is Not?

Texas School District Removes Bible Under HB 900 Regulations

A Texas public school district has removed the Bible from its libraries to comply with House Bill 900, also known as the READER Act, which prohibits books with “sexually explicit material” in school libraries. The bill, signed into law by Governor Greg Abbott and effective September 1, 2023, requires vendors to analyze materials for sexual content deemed "patently offensive."

Canyon Independent School District Superintendent Darryl Flusche explained the decision in an email to parents, stating, “HB 900 prohibits books that have one instance of sexual content… including the full text of the Bible.” Flusche noted that the district still offers 30 Bible-related titles and partners with local churches to provide students with Bibles upon request.

Some parents expressed outrage at the decision. One mother criticized the removal, saying, “It seems absurd to me that the Good Book was thrown out with the bad books. In a chaotic world, having the Word of God available to children can offer comfort and security.”

While the district faces criticism for excluding the Bible, it maintains compliance with HB 900, which aims to establish strict library content standards across Texas schools.

Exploring Explicit Content: Comparing "Gender Queer," "All Boys Aren't Blue," and the Bible

The debate over explicit content in literature has intensified, particularly concerning the inclusion of certain books in educational settings. Two contemporary works, "Gender Queer: A Memoir" by Maia Kobabe and "All Boys Aren't Blue" by George M. Johnson, have faced scrutiny for their depictions of LGBTQ+ experiences and explicit sexual content. Interestingly, the Bible, a foundational religious text, also contains passages with explicit themes. This article examines the explicit content in these works, their contexts, and the implications for their inclusion in educational environments.

"Gender Queer: A Memoir"

Maia Kobabe's "Gender Queer" is an autobiographical graphic novel detailing the author's journey of gender identity and sexuality. The memoir includes illustrations depicting intimate experiences, such as a scene involving a strap-on dildo and oral sex, which have been cited in debates over the book's appropriateness for school libraries. Critics argue that these depictions are too explicit for young audiences, while supporters contend that the memoir offers valuable insights into non-binary and asexual identities. Wikipedia

"All Boys Aren't Blue"

George M. Johnson's "All Boys Aren't Blue" is a series of personal essays exploring the author's experiences as a queer Black man. The book addresses topics such as sexual abuse, gender identity, and coming-of-age challenges. Certain passages describe sexual encounters in explicit detail, leading to challenges and bans in various school districts. Proponents assert that the book provides representation and understanding for marginalized youth, while opponents raise concerns about the suitability of its content for adolescent readers. Wikipedia

The Bible

The Bible, revered in many religious traditions, contains passages with explicit sexual content, including descriptions of incest, adultery, and sexual violence. For instance, the story of Lot and his daughters in Genesis involves incestuous relations, and the Song of Solomon contains vivid erotic poetry. These passages are often interpreted within religious or moral frameworks, yet their explicit nature is undeniable. Salon

Contextual Differences

  • Purpose and Intent: "Gender Queer" and "All Boys Aren't Blue" aim to share personal narratives, fostering understanding of LGBTQ+ experiences. Their explicit content serves to authentically represent the authors' lives and challenges. In contrast, the Bible's explicit passages are part of broader religious, moral, or historical narratives, often intended to convey lessons or cultural contexts.

  • Literary Form: The contemporary works are memoirs with explicit illustrations and language, designed to engage readers in personal stories. The Bible, comprising various literary genres, presents its content through prose and poetry without visual depictions.

  • Educational Application: The inclusion of these books in educational settings depends on factors such as educational value, age appropriateness, and community standards. While the Bible is often studied for its literary and historical significance, the explicit content in "Gender Queer" and "All Boys Aren't Blue" has led to debates over their suitability for younger audiences.

Implications for Educational Settings

The presence of explicit content in literature poses challenges for educators and policymakers in determining age-appropriate materials. While the Bible is widely available in schools, its explicit passages are typically addressed within specific educational or religious contexts. Conversely, contemporary works like "Gender Queer" and "All Boys Aren't Blue" face challenges due to concerns about their explicit content and the age suitability of their themes.

The examination of explicit content in "Gender Queer," "All Boys Aren't Blue," and the Bible highlights the complexities of content evaluation in literature. Understanding the context, purpose, and educational relevance of such content is crucial in making informed decisions about their inclusion in educational settings. Balancing the representation of diverse experiences with considerations of age appropriateness remains a nuanced and ongoing discussion.

House Rejects Trump-Endorsed American Relief Act of 2024 Amidst Bipartisan Opposition

Vance: Look, I'll say one thing: The Democrats just voted to shut down the government even though we had a clean CR because they didn't want to give the President negotiating leverage during the first year of his first term. And number two, because they would rather shut down the government and fight for global censorship bullsh*t. They've asked for a shutdown, and I think that's exactly what they're going to get.

On December 19, 2024, the House of Representatives voted against the American Relief Act of 2024, a government funding bill endorsed by President-elect Donald Trump. The final tally was 174 in favor and 235 against, with 38 Republicans joining nearly all Democrats in opposition.

Republican Arguments in Favor:

  1. Preventing a Government Shutdown: Proponents emphasized that the bill would extend government funding through March 14, 2025, averting an imminent shutdown.

    The Daily Signal

  2. Disaster and Farm Aid: The legislation included over $100 billion in disaster relief and farm aid, addressing urgent needs arising from recent natural disasters.

    The Wall Street Journal

  3. Debt Ceiling Suspension: It proposed suspending the debt ceiling for two years, aiming to prevent potential defaults and provide economic stability.

Democratic Arguments Against:

  1. Lack of Bipartisan Input: Democrats criticized the bill for being crafted without their consultation, leading to the exclusion of previously agreed-upon provisions.

    New York Post

  2. Perceived Favoritism: There was concern that the bill favored certain interest groups, notably tech billionaires, without adequately addressing broader public needs.

  • Process Objections: The swift drafting process and lack of transparency led to discomfort among certain Republicans, contributing to their dissent.

The failure to pass the American Relief Act of 2024 has heightened the risk of a government shutdown, which could result in the furlough of hundreds of thousands of federal workers and the suspension of various services. The bipartisan opposition underscores the complexities of achieving consensus on fiscal matters, even with presidential endorsement.

The rejection of the American Relief Act of 2024 has thrust the United States closer to a government shutdown, a scenario that could have wide-reaching economic and societal consequences. The proposed legislation, which aimed to provide temporary funding to avert a shutdown, failed to garner sufficient support due to bipartisan opposition, reflecting deep divisions within Congress over fiscal policy and priorities.

Potential Consequences of a Government Shutdown

  1. Furloughs for Federal Workers: If a government shutdown occurs, hundreds of thousands of federal employees could face temporary furloughs, leading to financial insecurity for many families. Essential services may continue operating, but with reduced staffing, increasing pressure on those remaining at work.

  2. Suspension of Key Services: A shutdown could disrupt various federal programs, including delays in processing Social Security checks, food assistance, and tax refunds. National parks and museums may close, and certain regulatory and administrative functions could come to a halt.

  3. Economic Impact: Prolonged shutdowns typically cost the economy billions of dollars, affecting businesses reliant on federal contracts and reducing consumer spending by furloughed workers. Confidence in government stability could also take a hit, potentially impacting financial markets.

Bipartisan Opposition Highlights Congressional Divisions

The failure of the bill demonstrates the intricate challenges of achieving bipartisan agreement on government funding:

  • Republican Dissent: While many Republicans supported the bill as a necessary stopgap to avoid a shutdown, fiscal conservatives within the party criticized provisions such as the suspension of the debt ceiling and increased spending on disaster relief. These members argued for greater spending cuts and more stringent fiscal discipline.

  • Democratic Criticism: Democrats opposed the bill largely due to its exclusion of previously agreed-upon priorities, such as expanded social programs and protections for underserved communities. They also criticized the lack of bipartisan input during the drafting process, which they viewed as undermining collaborative governance.

  • Broader Implications: The bipartisan rejection underscores growing frustrations within Congress over the frequent reliance on short-term funding measures to address long-term fiscal challenges. Both parties have expressed concerns about the lack of a comprehensive and sustainable budget plan.

Despite strong backing from President-elect Donald Trump, the bill’s failure highlights the limitations of presidential influence in shaping legislative outcomes, particularly in a divided Congress. Trump's endorsement may have mobilized support among his base within the Republican Party, but it also solidified opposition from Democrats and some moderate Republicans wary of aligning too closely with the incoming administration's agenda.

The looming deadline to fund the government adds urgency to the situation, but finding a compromise remains a daunting task. House Speaker Mike Johnson has pledged to pursue alternative solutions, but with deep divisions persisting within and across party lines, achieving consensus will require significant negotiation and concessions.

The failure of the American Relief Act of 2024 reflects the broader complexities of modern governance in a polarized political landscape. As lawmakers grapple with immediate fiscal challenges, the stakes for federal employees, essential services, and public confidence in government effectiveness have never been higher.

The Wall Street Journal

Next Steps:

House Speaker Mike Johnson has indicated plans to "regroup" and develop an alternative solution to prevent a shutdown. However, with the deadline looming, the path forward remains uncertain.

Putin Challenges U.S. to Missile Duel, Showcasing Russia's Hypersonic Capabilities

Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a provocative challenge to the United States, proposing a "missile duel" to demonstrate the prowess of Russia's new hypersonic ballistic missile, the Oreshnik. During his annual press conference, Putin suggested that both nations select designated targets protected by U.S. missile defense systems to test the effectiveness of the Oreshnik against them.

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s suggestion of a "missile duel" with the United States marks an escalation in the already tense military and geopolitical rivalry between the two nations. During his annual press conference, Putin proposed a highly provocative scenario: both the U.S. and Russia would select targets protected by U.S. missile defense systems to test the capabilities of Russia’s latest hypersonic ballistic missile, the Oreshnik.

The Oreshnik: A Strategic Game-Changer?

The Oreshnik missile represents a significant advancement in Russia’s military arsenal. Hypersonic weapons like the Oreshnik can travel at speeds exceeding Mach 10 (around 7,610 mph) while maintaining the ability to maneuver in unpredictable ways, making them exceptionally challenging to intercept with existing missile defense systems. The missile is reportedly equipped with multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles (MIRVs), allowing it to strike multiple targets in one launch.

Putin framed this proposed "experiment" as an opportunity to prove that the Oreshnik could overcome any American missile defense systems. While the offer might sound like a taunt, it also serves as a strategic message to the United States and its allies about Russia's growing military capabilities.

Escalation of Military Competition

Putin’s challenge is a stark reminder of the intensifying arms race between Russia and the United States, particularly in hypersonic weapon technology. The United States has been developing its own hypersonic systems, such as the Dark Eagle missile, which is expected to counter hypersonic threats like the Oreshnik. However, the effectiveness of these systems remains uncertain, as experts continue to debate whether current missile defenses are capable of reliably intercepting hypersonic weapons.

Strategic Implications

  1. Testing Western Defenses: Putin's proposal is likely a strategic attempt to highlight vulnerabilities in U.S. and NATO missile defense systems. Demonstrating the inability of these systems to intercept hypersonic missiles could shift the balance of global power and force Western nations to reassess their defensive strategies.

  2. Global Arms Race: The development and potential testing of hypersonic weapons underscore a growing arms race among global powers. Nations like China are also advancing their hypersonic capabilities, further heightening tensions in the international arena.

  3. Diplomatic Fallout: Such a provocative proposal could further strain diplomatic relations between Russia and the West, making negotiations on arms control or conflict de-escalation even more challenging.

Reaction from Global Leaders

Putin’s comments have drawn sharp criticism and concern from global leaders. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky described the statement as reckless and indicative of an increasingly aggressive posture by Russia. Meanwhile, Western defense analysts view the remarks as part of a broader strategy by Russia to showcase its military advancements and intimidate adversaries.

While Putin’s "missile duel" suggestion may never materialize, it serves as a bold assertion of Russia’s growing hypersonic capabilities and a direct challenge to U.S. technological superiority. The proposal is not only a military provocation but also a calculated political move to shift the narrative and demonstrate Russia’s position as a global power. As the arms race continues, the implications for global security and stability remain profound, urging the international community to address the potential consequences of these advancements. Reuters

The Oreshnik missile, capable of reaching speeds up to Mach 10 (approximately 7,610 mph), is designed to evade contemporary missile defense systems. It is equipped with multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles (MIRVs), allowing it to strike several targets simultaneously. Wikipedia

In November 2024, Russia deployed the Oreshnik in a strike against a military facility in Dnipro, Ukraine. This marked the first combat use of such a weapon, with Putin framing the action as retaliation for Ukraine's use of Western-supplied long-range missiles. AP News

Putin's challenge has elicited strong reactions from global leaders. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky questioned Putin's mental state, expressing concerns over the escalation of military provocations. New York Post

The United States has been developing its own hypersonic capabilities, including the Dark Eagle missile, which some analysts view as a countermeasure to weapons like the Oreshnik. However, the effectiveness of current missile defense systems against hypersonic threats remains a topic of debate among defense experts. Newsweek

Putin's proposal underscores the escalating tensions between Russia and Western nations, particularly concerning advancements in missile technology and strategic defense capabilities. The international community continues to monitor these developments closely, given their significant implications for global security dynamics.

Report: US Had Foreknowledge of HTS Offensive To Topple Assad and Prepared Other Rebel Group To Join

The US had foreknowledge of the offensive led by the al-Qaeda-linked Hayat Tahrir al-Sham that ousted former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and helped another rebel group join the fight, The Telegraph reported on Wednesday.

The report said the US notified the Revolutionary Commando Army (RCA), a US-funded militia based out of a US base at Al Tanf in southern Syria, to “be ready” for an attack that could lead to the end of Assad’s rule.

“They did not tell us how it would happen,” Bashar al-Mashadani, an RCA commander, told The Telegraph. “We were just told: ‘Everything is about to change. This is your moment. Either Assad will fall, or you will fall.’ But they did not say when or where, they just told us to be ready.”

HRW: Israel Is Committing Crime of Extermination and Acts of Genocide

Human Rights Watch said in a report published on Thursday that Israel is committing the crime of extermination and acts of genocide by depriving the civilian population of Gaza of the necessary amount of water to survive.

HRW said in a press release that its 179-page report found “that Israeli authorities have intentionally deprived Palestinians in Gaza of access to safe water for drinking and sanitation needed for basic human survival.”

“Israeli authorities and forces cut off and later restricted piped water to Gaza; rendered most of Gaza’s water and sanitation infrastructure useless by cutting electricity and restricting fuel; deliberately destroyed and damaged water and sanitation infrastructure and water repair materials; and blocked the entry of critical water supplies,” HRW said.

The report found the restrictions on water have likely caused thousands of deaths. “Doctors and nurses told Human Rights Watch that they had seen numerous infants, children, and adults die from a combination of malnutrition, dehydration, and disease,” the report reads.

Texas launches billboards asking illegal migrants the most shocking question ever to dissuade crossings

Texas Governor Greg Abbott's new anti-border crossing campaign uses shocking language to warn illegal migrants that their daughter may be raped if they try to cross.

The Lone Star State is launching a visceral billboard campaign in Mexico and Central America to deter illegal immigration by highlighting sexual assault and other dangers.

One of the 40 billboards asks illegal migrants a shocking question in multiple languages: 'How much did you pay to have your daughter raped?'

Abbott's move was made not long after Donald Trump's 'border czar' Tom Homan said the Texas governor had done more to secure the border than any member of the Biden administration.

The campaign is costing $100,000, with Abbott hoping to warn those looking to cross the border of the cost they'll face for doing so.

Another warned that migrants will be arrested if they enter Texas illegally. In addition to Spanish, billboards are being produced in Russian, Chinese and Arabic.

New Regulations on US Dairy

Two-thirds of American dairy farms have been eliminated within one generation. Cows produce dangerous emissions and have no place in modern society, according to the World Economic Forum and climate change proponents. We are seeing a drastic decline in dairy farms across the world thanks to this mentality. The latest crackdown on dairy farms comes from new regulations by the U.S. Department of Agriculture that demand dairy cattle be tested for the bird flu or H5N1.

Scrutiny Intensifies Over Cassidy Hutchinson's January 6 Testimony Amid Allegations of Witness Tampering

The controversies surrounding Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony and the alleged actions of members of the January 6 Committee reflect the intricate dynamics of politically charged investigations. At the heart of these challenges lies the delicate balance between uncovering the truth and maintaining public trust in the investigative process.

Key Issues in the Hutchinson Controversy

  1. Witness Credibility: Hutchinson's role as a "star witness" placed her testimony under intense scrutiny. Allegations of discrepancies, such as claims about authorship of a January 6 note or dramatic depictions of former President Donald Trump's actions, have led critics to question her reliability. In any high-profile case, the credibility of key witnesses becomes pivotal in shaping public perception and the overall findings of the investigation.

  2. Ethical Concerns: Allegations of undisclosed communications between Hutchinson and former committee member Liz Cheney have raised serious ethical questions. Critics argue that such interactions, especially without the presence of Hutchinson’s legal counsel, could influence witness testimony, undermining the integrity of the investigation. This situation underscores the importance of maintaining transparency and adherence to ethical standards in all aspects of the inquiry.

  3. Legal and Procedural Integrity: Allegations of witness tampering and the potential misrepresentation of evidence highlight the challenges of navigating high-stakes political inquiries. Such accusations not only put the individuals involved under legal and public scrutiny but also risk delegitimizing the broader investigative process.

The Call for Further Inquiry

In light of these controversies, calls for additional investigations have intensified. Lawmakers and watchdog groups have emphasized the need to ensure accountability for both witnesses and committee members. Representative Barry Loudermilk’s push for an FBI investigation into alleged witness tampering reflects a broader demand for transparency and accountability in politically sensitive cases.

These calls are not merely about identifying wrongdoing but also about restoring public confidence in the democratic process. An inquiry that adheres to ethical and legal standards is essential to preserving the credibility of congressional investigations and ensuring that justice is served without bias or political influence.

Broader Implications for Political Investigations

The Hutchinson controversy serves as a reminder of the complexities inherent in high-profile political investigations. These challenges include:

  • Balancing transparency with confidentiality: Ensuring that investigations remain open to public scrutiny while protecting sensitive information.
  • Managing political polarization: Preventing investigations from being weaponized for partisan purposes.
  • Maintaining legal integrity: Adhering to established legal and procedural standards to avoid undermining the findings.

As calls for further inquiry continue, the situation surrounding Cassidy Hutchinson and the January 6 Committee illustrates the critical need for integrity in political investigations. Upholding ethical standards, ensuring the credibility of witnesses, and maintaining public trust are paramount to achieving justice. The lessons from this controversy will likely influence how future congressional investigations are conducted, emphasizing the importance of impartiality, thoroughness, and transparency.

Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, gained national attention for her testimony before the House Select Committee investigating the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot. Her statements included allegations about former President Donald Trump's actions during the events of that day. However, recent developments have cast doubt on aspects of her testimony and raised concerns about potential witness tampering.

A report by the House Administration's Subcommittee on Oversight, led by Representative Barry Loudermilk, accuses former Representative Liz Cheney of engaging in secret communications with Hutchinson without her attorney's knowledge. These interactions allegedly aimed to influence Hutchinson's testimony, potentially violating federal laws against witness tampering. The subcommittee has recommended that the FBI investigate Cheney's actions.

New York Post

Further scrutiny has emerged over specific claims made by Hutchinson. For instance, she testified about drafting a handwritten note intended for President Trump on January 6. However, expert analysis and testimonies suggest that former White House attorney Eric Herschmann may have authored the note, contradicting Hutchinson's account. Committee on House Administration

The revelation of undisclosed communications between Cheney and Hutchinson has prompted ethical concerns. Critics argue that such interactions, conducted without the presence of legal counsel, undermine the integrity of the investigative process and could be perceived as attempts to shape witness testimony. New York Post

In light of these developments, there are increasing calls for a thorough investigation into the conduct of both Hutchinson and members of the January 6 Committee. Representative Loudermilk emphasized the need for transparency and accountability, stating that the integrity of congressional investigations must be upheld to maintain public trust. Just The News

The controversies surrounding Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony and the alleged actions of committee members highlight the complexities and challenges inherent in high-profile political investigations. As calls for further inquiry continue, the situation underscores the importance of adherence to ethical standards and legal protocols in the pursuit of truth and justice.

Deadly USS Liberty Attack Records Remain Secret For Now

On November 21, 2024, Senior Judge Marsha J. Pechman of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington issued what seems likely to be her final order in Kinnucan v. National Security Agency et al. The order came more than four years after the federal case was first filed in September 2020. The suit was brought to obtain records the NSA, Central Intelligence Agency, and the Defense Intelligence Agency had failed to release despite a series of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests concerning the USS Liberty (AGTR-5).

On June 8, 1967 – three days after Israel initiated the Six-Day War by attacking Egypt – Israeli forces launched a combined aerial and naval assault on the Liberty. Lasting over an hour, the unprovoked attack killed 34 Americans and wounded more than 170 others. The Israeli government would claim that the attack was the result of mistaken identity. More than 57 years after the attack, the FOIA lawsuit revealed new details and, more importantly, it made it clear that the US government is still refusing to release hundreds of pages of documents concerning the assault.

Big Lots is planning "going out of business" sales at all of its stores

Big Lots is preparing to close all of its stores, the bankrupt discount retailer said Thursday.

The company had previously planned to sell its assets to private equity firm Nexus Capital Management, but that deal is no longer expected to proceed, according to Big Lots. Although the company continues to negotiate with Nexus as well as explore other strategic alternatives, it now plans to shutter all of its locations and is planning to host "going out of business" sales at all stores.

Big Lots, which is based in Columbus, Ohio, and operates more than 900 locations across the U.S., sells furniture, lawn and garden, apparel, health and beauty, and other consumer goods. Big Lots appeals to deal seekers, billing itself as a place that delivers "bargains to brag about on everything for the home, including furniture, décor, pantry and more."

"We all have worked extremely hard and have taken every step to complete a going concern sale,"  Big Lots CEO Bruce Thorn said in a statement. "While we remain hopeful that we can close an alternative going-concern transaction, in order to protect the value of the Big Lots estate, we have made the difficult decision to begin the [going out of business] process."

UN Reports Significant Shortfall in Humanitarian Aid to Gaza Amid Ongoing Crisis

In December 2024, the United Nations reported that less than one-third of the necessary humanitarian aid reached the Gaza Strip, exacerbating an already dire situation for its 2.3 million residents. The UN General Assembly has called for an immediate, unconditional, and permanent ceasefire in Gaza, urging Israel to allow unrestricted humanitarian access.

The severe restriction on humanitarian aid reaching Gaza in December 2024 has deepened the already catastrophic conditions for the 2.3 million residents of the densely populated territory. The limited delivery of essential supplies—such as food, medicine, clean water, and fuel—has exacerbated a humanitarian crisis marked by widespread malnutrition, preventable diseases, and a deteriorating healthcare system.

Current Situation in Gaza

The UN reports that less than one-third of the necessary aid has been allowed into Gaza during the month, leaving hospitals unable to function due to shortages of medical supplies and electricity. Essential services such as clean water and sanitation are nearly non-existent, leading to the outbreak of waterborne diseases like cholera. Families are left struggling to access basic necessities, with children and the elderly being the most vulnerable to the consequences of these shortages.

The economic blockade, compounded by recent conflict, has brought economic activity to a standstill, pushing the majority of residents into extreme poverty. Gaza's infrastructure—already fragile—has been devastated by continued airstrikes, further hampering the ability of humanitarian agencies to provide relief.

International Appeals for Action

The international community, including the United Nations, humanitarian organizations, and various governments, has intensified its calls for immediate action to address the crisis. Secretary-General António Guterres has described the situation as "untenable" and has urged for unimpeded access to Gaza to deliver humanitarian aid. The UN General Assembly recently passed a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire and called on Israel to lift restrictions on aid delivery to the territory.

Allegations of Human Rights Violations

Human rights organizations have raised serious concerns about the implications of the aid blockade. Groups such as Human Rights Watch have accused Israel of violating international law, including the 1948 Genocide Convention, by depriving Gaza of access to clean water and other basic services. These accusations have prompted calls for investigations into potential war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is also being asked to provide an advisory opinion on Israel’s legal obligations regarding humanitarian aid, highlighting the urgency and complexity of the situation.

The Path Forward

Efforts to alleviate the crisis are hindered by ongoing violence and political deadlock. Humanitarian agencies are urging all parties to prioritize the protection of civilians and facilitate the delivery of aid. Without immediate intervention, the region risks further destabilization, with dire consequences for both the residents of Gaza and broader regional security.

The ongoing humanitarian crisis underscores the critical need for coordinated international action, adherence to international law, and a long-term resolution to the conflict. The immediate focus remains on ensuring the flow of aid to mitigate the suffering of Gaza’s civilian population and prevent further deterioration of living conditions.

The significant shortfall in humanitarian aid to Gaza in December 2024 has intensified the humanitarian crisis in the region. The international community continues to call for immediate action to ensure the delivery of essential aid and the protection of civilian lives.

Humanitarian Aid Shortfall

Despite international appeals, aid deliveries have been severely limited. The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) suspended aid deliveries through the main crossing between Israel and Gaza due to security concerns after convoys were looted.

Israel sets fire to intensive care unit at Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza

Israeli military vehicles targeted Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza igniting a fire in its intensive care unit (ICU), according to the hospital’s Director, Hussam Abu Safiya.

Abu Safiya said: “We were surprised by the entry of vehicles and bulldozers into the vicinity of the hospital, which was preceded by a terrifying targeting of citizens’ homes in the vicinity. We heard gunfire and shells without being able to do anything.”

In a video recorded outside the smoke-filled ICU, he detailed the attack: “Sudden and crazy gunfire was fired at the hospital with all kinds of weapons, and the occupation deliberately targeted the intensive care unit by firing at it clearly.”

Abu Safiya revealed that patients on ventilators were evacuated just moments before the fire caused by Israel engulfed the ICU. “We miraculously evacuated the patients who were on ventilators from the intensive care unit and the fire broke out inside it,” he said, noting that it is “the only department in the northern Gaza Strip.”

Israel violates ceasefire in Lebanon 12 times on Tuesday, bringing total violations to 248

The Israeli occupation army committed another 12 violations of the ceasefire with Hezbollah in Lebanon yesterday, bringing the total of violations since the deal was agreed on 27 November to 248. At least 30 people have been killed by these violations, with a further 36 wounded, Anadolu has reported.

According to various news outlets, Tuesday’s violations were concentrated in the south and east of Lebanon. They included a drone raid, houses being bombed, roads being dug up by bulldozers and artillery shelling.

An Israeli drone targeted a car in the town of Majdal Zun in Tyre, for example, wounding two people. Roads and homes were demolished in the town of Naqoura, while Israeli drones flew low over Tyre and the towns of Qlaileh, Deir Qanoun Ras al-Ain and El-Haouch.

In Marjeyoun district, the Israeli army continued to demolish the remaining houses in the town of Kfar Kila. Meanwhile, the outskirts of the towns of Kfar Shuba, Halta and Shebaa targeted by Israeli artillery as fighter jets flew overhead.

House overrides veto, passes law that strips power from incoming Democrats

Senate Bill 382 is now law. The state House completed the necessary vote to override Gov. Roy Cooper's veto. The law provides relief to Helene victims, while also stripping power away from state Democrats and giving Republicans a greater say in public schools and elections.

Senate Bill 382 (SB 382) in North Carolina, enacted in December 2024, encompasses a range of provisions affecting state governance and disaster relief. Key aspects of the bill include:

Hurricane Helene Relief:

  • SB 382 allocates $1.1 billion for Hurricane Helene relief efforts, with an additional $252 million designated for ongoing recovery in western North Carolina.WFMY News 2

State Board of Elections:

  • The bill transfers authority over the State Board of Elections from the governor to the state auditor's office, a move critics argue could lead to increased partisan influence over election processes.ACLU of North Carolina

Judicial Appointments:

  • SB 382 alters the appointment process for certain judicial seats, reducing the governor's role and increasing legislative influence in these appointments.W.S. Chronicle

Attorney General's Authority:

  • The legislation restricts the attorney general's ability to oppose state laws in court, limiting the office's capacity to challenge legislation deemed unconstitutional or unlawful.ACLU of North Carolina

Utilities Commission:

  • Control over the North Carolina Utilities Commission is shifted, and the attorney general's role in commission dockets is limited, potentially affecting regulatory oversight of utilities in the state.Energync

Controversy and Legal Challenges:

  • Critics, including Governor Roy Cooper and Governor-Elect Josh Stein, describe SB 382 as a partisan power grab that undermines the will of voters by stripping powers from newly elected Democratic officials. They have filed lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of the bill.WXII 12 News

Legislative Process:

  • The bill was introduced and passed rapidly, with limited opportunity for public input or debate, leading to concerns about transparency and democratic processes.Democracy NC

Supporters of SB 382 argue that it implements necessary structural changes and provides substantial funding for disaster relief.

Opponents contend that the bill's provisions undermine democratic institutions and concentrate power within the legislature, potentially eroding checks and balances in North Carolina's government.

Sunny Hostin Criticizes RFK Jr.'s Potential Appointment to Health Department

Sunny Hostin’s dark remarks on The View, by referencing Kennedy’s past health issues, including a documented medical condition involving a brain worm, on his decision-making capacity and suitability for a high-stakes leadership role. While Hostin’s critique may strike some as personal, it underscores broader anxieties about the potential consequences of placing an individual with controversial health perspectives at the helm of the HHS.

Hostin's Remarks on 'The View'

Sunny Hostin, co-host of The View, recently expressed strong reservations about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s potential appointment as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) under President-elect Donald Trump. Hostin's concerns center on Kennedy's controversial health views and a past medical condition involving a brain worm, which she believes could impact his decision-making abilities.

During a November 2024 episode of The View, Hostin referenced Kennedy's own account of a brain worm affecting his health, stating, "Well, he has a brain worm. I think maybe it's affecting the way that he thinks." She further questioned his suitability for leading a major health agency, given his controversial stances on vaccinations and other health policies.

Meaww News

RFK Jr.'s Health Background

Hostin's comments allude to a 2012 deposition where Kennedy described a medical diagnosis involving a brain worm that caused abnormalities in his skull. This revelation has resurfaced amid discussions about his potential role in the Trump administration, raising questions about his fitness for the position.

Entertainment Weekly

Controversial Health Views

Kennedy, an environmental lawyer and activist, is known for his skepticism towards vaccines and fluoride in water, positions that have sparked significant debate. Hostin and her co-hosts on The View have expressed concerns that such views could undermine public health initiatives if Kennedy were to lead the HHS.

Entertainment Weekly

RFK Jr.'s Potential Appointment Sparks Controversy

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s potential appointment as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) under the forthcoming administration has sparked widespread debate, largely centered on his credibility and qualifications for the role.

Kennedy has garnered significant support from groups advocating for medical freedom and skepticism toward government-mandated health policies. His activism against vaccine mandates and his questioning of certain public health measures resonates with individuals concerned about personal autonomy in medical decision-making. Kennedy's leadership of initiatives such as the Children’s Health Defense, which focuses on vaccine safety and other health-related issues, has cemented his reputation as a staunch advocate for medical transparency and freedom.

However, Kennedy’s controversial views on vaccines and public health protocols have drawn sharp criticism from the broader medical and scientific communities. He has often promoted ideas that contradict mainstream scientific consensus, such as linking vaccines to autism—a claim debunked by multiple large-scale studies. Public health experts warn that such views, if carried into a leadership role, could undermine efforts to manage public health crises, especially those requiring high vaccination rates, such as during pandemics.

Kennedy’s position on other health issues, such as water fluoridation and pharmaceutical industry practices, also divides opinion. While his critiques of corporate influence in health policy have sparked important discussions, they have sometimes been accompanied by scientifically unsubstantiated claims. Critics worry that his leadership could foster mistrust in public health initiatives and complicate efforts to build consensus on evidence-based health policies.

Broader Implications for Public Health Leadership

Kennedy’s potential appointment highlights a critical tension in public health leadership: the need to balance diverse perspectives with the imperative of adhering to evidence-based practices. Effective public health policies rely on trust, credibility, and clear communication. Critics argue that Kennedy’s contentious positions could erode public trust in the HHS, complicating its ability to lead during health emergencies or to implement preventive measures effectively.

At the same time, his supporters view him as a disruptor who could challenge entrenched interests in the healthcare system and bring attention to overlooked issues. This duality makes Kennedy’s candidacy polarizing and reflective of larger societal debates about the role of government in health and individual freedom.

The ongoing debate surrounding Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s potential appointment as HHS Secretary is emblematic of the challenges in navigating public health leadership in a deeply divided political landscape. As discussions continue, the decision will not only impact the direction of health policy in the United States but also set a precedent for how leadership positions in critical public health agencies are filled amidst contentious public discourse. The stakes remain high, underscoring the necessity of aligning leadership with the values of evidence, trust, and transparency.

NASA: We can zoom into galaxies...

But we cannot zoom in to these drones.

When we’re seeing Air Force bases like Wright-Patterson temporarily shut down, and commercial airlines disrupted to the point where their flight patterns are affected because of these drones, that raises serious questions. It’s hard to believe the government doesn’t know what’s happening here. The fact that they refuse to brief us, won’t level with the public, and avoid answering questions openly only adds to the mystery. There’s definitely something unusual—and deeply concerning—going on.

Global Political Instability: Governments Facing Collapse Worldwide

In recent weeks, the world has witnessed a wave of political instability that has caused the collapse of several governments, highlighting a period of global turbulence and uncertainty. This trend is not confined to a single region but spans across continents, with both developed and developing nations experiencing varying degrees of political crises. Each collapse has its own unique causes and implications, but collectively, they reflect a growing discontent with leadership, rising polarization, and challenges to governance in a rapidly changing world.

From Western Europe to East Asia and the Middle East, governments are grappling with a combination of internal dissent, economic strain, and public unrest. In some cases, these upheavals have been triggered by specific policy decisions, such as unpopular reforms or perceived mishandling of crises. In others, long-standing grievances have culminated in dramatic shifts in power, either through parliamentary votes, public uprisings, or direct military confrontations.

For instance, France’s political system has been thrown into disarray following a no-confidence vote that toppled Prime Minister Michel Barnier’s administration. This was the result of escalating dissatisfaction with governance, marked by heated opposition to fiscal reforms and executive overreach. Meanwhile, Germany’s coalition government disintegrated due to internal conflicts, setting the stage for early elections that could reshape the nation’s political future.

South Korea presents another stark example, where President Yoon Suk Yeol’s declaration of martial law in response to protests has led to impeachment proceedings, further destabilizing the country. In the Middle East, Syria’s government collapse amid an ongoing civil war signifies the end of an era but also introduces significant uncertainty regarding the region's future governance.

This cascade of governmental collapses raises important questions about global stability. It signals a potential domino effect, as the interconnectedness of nations means that instability in one region can have profound implications elsewhere. Economic markets, international alliances, and even security frameworks are being tested by these shifts. At the same time, these events underscore the pressures on leadership in an era defined by rapid economic, technological, and social transformations.

The unfolding crises compel nations to address underlying causes, whether through reform, stronger democratic institutions, or more inclusive leadership. However, the immediate focus remains on navigating the aftermath of these collapses to prevent further chaos and to rebuild trust in governance. As the dust settles in some areas and new crises emerge in others, the world faces a pivotal moment in redefining the systems and leadership required to maintain stability in the 21st century.

Major Governments Toppling

France's Government Toppled

On December 4, 2024, France's Prime Minister Michel Barnier was ousted following a historic no-confidence vote in the National Assembly. This marks the first time since 1962 that a French government has collapsed in such a manner. The motion, supported by both far-right and left-wing parties, was primarily in response to Barnier's attempt to pass the 2025 social security budget via presidential decree, bypassing parliamentary approval. President Emmanuel Macron now faces the challenge of appointing a new prime minister amid a deeply divided parliament.

Germany's Coalition Government Falls Apart

In Germany, Chancellor Olaf Scholz's three-party coalition government collapsed in November 2024. Scholz has announced plans to seek a vote of confidence in December, paving the way for early elections anticipated in February 2025. The political instability arises from internal conflicts within the coalition, hindering effective governance in Europe's largest economy.

The New Frontier of Warfare: America Prepares for Space Conflict

As geopolitical tensions extend beyond Earth's atmosphere, the United States is intensifying efforts to prepare for potential conflicts in space. The establishment of the U.S. Space Force in 2019 marked a significant step toward addressing emerging threats from nations like China and Russia, both of which have demonstrated advanced capabilities in space warfare.

Emerging Threats in Space

China's rapid development of space military capabilities has been particularly concerning. General Chance Saltzman of the U.S. Space Force highlighted China's extensive build-up, noting that it significantly increases the risk of conflict in space. China's advancements include sophisticated satellites capable of attacking or disrupting other space assets, posing a direct challenge to U.S. space superiority.

Financial Times

Financial Times

Similarly, Russia has been developing counter-space weapons designed to target satellites, further escalating the potential for space-based conflicts. These developments underscore the necessity for the U.S. to enhance its defensive and offensive capabilities in space.

The Sun

U.S. Strategic Response

In response to these threats, the U.S. Space Force is transitioning into a combat-ready military service. This transformation involves developing strategies and technologies to deter adversaries and, if necessary, engage in space-based conflicts. The focus is on creating resilient satellite constellations, advancing missile defense systems, and establishing protocols for offensive and defensive operations in space.

The Wall Street Journal

The U.S. is also investing in missile defense systems to protect strategic assets. For instance, a multibillion-dollar missile defense system is being implemented to safeguard Guam from potential Chinese threats. This system includes deploying advanced interceptors and radars, reflecting the broader strategy to defend critical locations from space-enabled attacks.

Reuters

International Collaboration and Future Outlook

Recognizing the global nature of space, the U.S. is seeking to strengthen partnerships with allies to enhance collective security. Collaborations with European nations and other partners are aimed at sharing intelligence, conducting joint exercises, and developing interoperable technologies to ensure a unified response to potential space threats.

Financial Times

As the militarization of space accelerates, the U.S. is committed to maintaining its strategic advantage. This commitment involves not only technological advancements but also the development of doctrines and policies that govern the use of space in warfare. The goal is to deter conflicts through strength and preparedness, ensuring that space remains a secure and stable domain for all.

In conclusion, the new frontier of warfare necessitates that America prepares for space conflict. Through strategic investments, international collaboration, and the establishment of dedicated military branches like the U.S. Space Force, the United States aims to address the challenges posed by adversaries in space and safeguard its interests in this critical domain.

Republican senators battled behind closed doors Tuesday over a proposal to beef up Social Security benefits for people who are eligible for non-Social Security government pensions.

The legislation, which has passed the House, is expected to reach the Senate floor Wednesday, but some Republicans who are worried about its price tag are hoping to stop it dead.

One GOP senator who attended Tuesday’s meeting described it as “an intense discussion.”

“I think most of our members were alarmed that something so big” would come straight to the Senate floor, the senator said, noting the legislation had not been marked up by the Senate Finance Committee.

A group of Senate conservatives led by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) are demanding Social Security reforms, such as gradually raising the retirement age, to offset the cost of repealing two policies that reduce Social Security benefits for public-sector workers.

Blagojevich Urges Trump to Sue Gov. Pritzker for Defamation After ABC News Settles for $15M

ABC News Defamation Settlement

The controversy surrounding Governor Pritzker’s remarks comes on the heels of ABC News settling a defamation lawsuit with Trump. The case originated from a March 10 interview during which George Stephanopoulos, while speaking to U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), falsely stated that Trump had been “found liable for rape.” Trump’s legal team quickly pointed out that this claim was incorrect, as Trump was found liable for defamation in the E. Jean Carroll civil case, not for rape.

To avoid further legal repercussions and public scrutiny, ABC News opted to settle the lawsuit. The network agreed to a $15 million settlement, which included a contribution to Trump’s presidential foundation and museum.

Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich has called on President-elect Donald Trump’s legal team to file a defamation lawsuit against Illinois Governor JB Pritzker. The demand follows a high-profile settlement last week in which ABC News agreed to pay $15 million to Trump’s presidential foundation and museum to settle a defamation case stemming from a false statement about Trump.

Blagojevich’s Statement

On Monday, Blagojevich, a close ally of Trump, took to X (formerly Twitter) to urge legal action against Pritzker. The Democratic governor has repeatedly referred to Trump as an “adjudicated rapist,” a claim Trump’s legal team asserts is both false and defamatory. Blagojevich’s statement emphasized the need to hold public figures accountable for spreading misinformation, suggesting that such a lawsuit could deter further attacks on Trump’s reputation.

Trump’s Legal Strategy

Blagojevich’s call to action underscores Trump’s recent legal victories in defamation cases, which his team views as part of a broader effort to combat misinformation. The settlement with ABC News represents a significant win for Trump, reinforcing the importance of accurate reporting and accountability in the media.

If Trump’s team decides to pursue legal action against Pritzker, it could set a precedent for challenging defamatory statements made by political opponents. Legal experts suggest that such a move would not only defend Trump’s reputation but also signal to other critics that unfounded claims will face legal consequences.

Implications for Political Rhetoric

Blagojevich’s public support highlights the divisive nature of political discourse in the United States. The potential lawsuit against Pritzker would likely further inflame tensions between Trump’s supporters and his detractors. However, it also raises broader questions about the role of defamation lawsuits in shaping public dialogue and holding political figures accountable for their statements.

As Trump prepares to assume office once again, his legal team’s approach to addressing defamation could become a defining feature of his presidency. With allies like Blagojevich advocating for legal action, the battle over rhetoric and accountability in U.S. politics is far from over.

Medvedev to the bastards from the Times: All NATO officials are now becoming legitimate targets

The British newspaper The Times called the murder of Igor Kirillov, the head of the Department of the RCBZ of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, a "legitimate act," following this logic, all officials of NATO countries can become a legitimate target for Russia. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.

"It is impossible to ignore the publication in The Times. The bastards in the editorial called the terrorist attack against I. A. Kirillov and his assistant a "legitimate act of defense,"" he wrote on Twitter. your telegram channel.
As Medvedev noted, according to this logic:

"1. All officials of NATO countries who made the decision on military assistance to Bandera Ukraine are participating in a hybrid or conventional war against Russia. Their name is legion. I will not list, I feel sorry for the place. And all these individuals can and should be considered as a legitimate military target for the Russian state. And just for all the patriots of Russia.

"2. The persons who acted as perpetrators of crimes against Russia, named in paragraph 1, always have accomplices. And they, too, are now a legitimate military target. These include the lousy jackals from The Times, who cowardly hid behind an editorial. So, this is all the management of the publication."

"Logical? Quite! So, be careful [be careful]! After all, a lot of things happen in London," he concluded.

Biden Commutes Sentence of PA Judge Involved in 'Kids for Cash' Scandal

IF NO ONE IS GOING TO ASK IT, THEN I WILL... WHO IS ACTUALLY RUNNING THE WHITE HOUSE?

Joe Biden has commuted the sentence of Mark Ciavarella, the disgraced former Pennsylvania judge at the center of the infamous "Kids for Cash" scandal. This controversial decision has reignited debate over accountability, justice, and the long-lasting impact of judicial corruption on vulnerable communities.

The "Kids for Cash" Scandal: A Brief Overview

Mark Ciavarella and fellow judge Michael Conahan were convicted in 2011 for their roles in one of the most egregious judicial corruption cases in U.S. history. The two judges accepted millions in kickbacks from the developers of two for-profit juvenile detention centers. In return, they ensured the facilities remained occupied by sentencing thousands of minors to disproportionately harsh punishments, often for minor infractions. Many of these juveniles were denied legal representation and fair trials.

The scandal devastated families and left a lasting stain on the judiciary system, calling into question the safeguards meant to protect against such abuses of power. Ciavarella, originally sentenced to 28 years in federal prison, became a symbol of the systemic failures that allowed such corruption to occur.

President Biden's commutation of Ciavarella’s sentence comes as a surprise to many, particularly given the gravity of his crimes. While details about the decision remain sparse, it has drawn sharp criticism from victims’ families, legal experts, and advocacy groups who view it as undermining justice.

Critics argue that Ciavarella’s actions inflicted untold harm on thousands of children and families, with repercussions still felt today. The commutation has been perceived by some as a failure to hold powerful figures fully accountable for their actions.

The decision has sparked outrage across social and political spectrums:

  • Victims’ Families: Many families affected by the scandal have expressed dismay, viewing the commutation as an insult to the children whose lives were irreparably harmed.
  • Legal Community: Advocates for judicial reform worry that the decision could weaken public trust in the judiciary and set a dangerous precedent for leniency in cases of systemic corruption.
  • Supporters: Some argue that Ciavarella, now in his seventies and having served over a decade in prison, has paid a significant price and deserves clemency in light of his age and health.

The Broader Implications

The "Kids for Cash" scandal was a turning point in the fight against for-profit detention systems and judicial misconduct. It underscored the dangers of privatizing justice and the need for stringent oversight of judicial practices. Biden’s commutation of Ciavarella’s sentence has reignited calls for reforms, including:

  • Enhanced Transparency: Advocates stress the importance of clear and transparent decision-making in granting clemency.
  • Judicial Accountability: The need for stricter measures to prevent judicial corruption and ensure that those in power face the full consequences of their actions.

While President Biden’s commutation of Mark Ciavarella’s sentence has provided the former judge with a path to freedom, it has reopened old wounds for the families and communities devastated by his actions. The decision serves as a stark reminder of the lasting impact of judicial corruption and the need for continued vigilance to protect the integrity of the justice system.

EXCLUSIVE: House Moves To Block Taxpayer-Funded Trans Surgeries For Military Dependents

GOOD.

The House of Representatives is moving to intervene in a case centered on the use of military health insurance to cover transgender transition procedures for the dependents of military members.

On Friday, The Daily Wire is first reporting, the House filed an appeal with the United States District Court for the District of Maine in Doe v. Austin, a case dealing with two males who identify as transgender women, are dependents of retired service members, and are receiving so-called “gender-affirming” health care benefits through TRICARE, the military’s healthcare plan.

“Tax dollars should not support procedures and treatments that could permanently harm and sterilize young people,” House Speaker Mike Johnson told The Daily Wire on Monday.

The long and colorful history of major media promotion of false, government-serving narratives has a new chapter.

Last week, CNN aired a melodramatic report from reporter Clarissa Ward that was supposed to show a CNN crew amazingly rescuing a victim of the Assad regime from the bowels of a Damascus dungeon. After days of mounting skepticism and pointed questions ricocheting across social media, alternative new sites and here at ZeroHedgeCNN now says the “rescued” man was actually a regime intelligence officer, and there are reports that he himself perpetrated crimes against civilians.

FRANCE LEADS THE WORLD WITH POLITICAL CRISIS AND BEYOND

France is currently grappling with an unprecedented political crisis that has placed the government on the verge of collapse. On December 4, 2024, Prime Minister Michel Barnier’s administration was ousted in a historic no-confidence vote. For the first time since 1962, a broad coalition of far-right and left-wing lawmakers united to end his leadership, signaling a shift toward new directions and fresh ideas for the country. This event is just one part of a broader wave of global political upheaval that is reshaping leadership across nations.

The Roots of the Crisis

The current turmoil in France stems from widespread dissatisfaction with the government’s handling of economic policies and public-sector reforms. Public discontent escalated into mass protests and strikes, particularly against controversial pension reforms. This unrest fueled opposition parties to unite and challenge the government’s majority in the National Assembly.

A pivotal moment came with the opposition coalition—led by Marine Le Pen’s National Rally, left-wing parties, and several centrist deputies—filing a motion of no confidence. The government’s perceived inability to address the crisis raised doubts about its legitimacy and efficacy.

A Historic No-Confidence Vote

The no-confidence vote on December 4, 2024, marked a turning point in French politics. Analysts and political insiders have described the vote as "historic" due to its success in dismantling the government and paving the way for early elections.

With Prime Minister Barnier and his cabinet ousted, President Emmanuel Macron now faces the challenge of appointing a new administration or dissolving the National Assembly. The latter option would trigger a snap election, a rare but constitutionally viable response.

Opposition and Government Reactions

According to France 24 (source), opposition leaders celebrated their victory, seeing it as a mandate for significant change. The coalition’s success underscores the growing polarization within French politics and society.

President Macron has urged lawmakers to prioritize stability, warning of the economic and social fallout of prolonged political uncertainty. Despite these assurances, France’s political landscape remains deeply fractured.

A Broader Wave of Change

The crisis in France is part of a larger global shift in leadership.

  • South Korea: President Yoon Suk Yeol’s drastic declaration of martial law on December 3, 2024, sparked massive protests and impeachment proceedings. Although the martial law was quickly lifted, the event has plunged the nation into unprecedented political turmoil.

  • Germany: Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s government collapsed after his dismissal of the finance minister, triggering a no-confidence vote on December 16, 2024. With early elections set for February 2025, Germany’s future leadership and policies are uncertain.

  • Canada: On December 16, 2024, Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland’s resignation reignited calls for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to step down. This unexpected departure has destabilized Trudeau’s administration and amplified demands for change.

Implications for France and Beyond

The 2024 French political crisis carries significant implications for both domestic and international politics. Domestically, it underscores the growing polarization and volatility within French society. It could also reshape the political landscape, empowering fringe parties and altering the balance of power.

Internationally, the crisis raises questions about France’s ability to fulfill its commitments within the European Union and NATO. Political instability in one of the EU’s largest member states could have ripple effects across the bloc, especially amid ongoing debates about economic reforms and security policies.

The broader wave of political upheaval seen in South Korea, Germany, and Canada highlights a global shift toward transformation. As established leaderships face increasing scrutiny, the political landscape is in flux. The outcomes in these nations will significantly influence global governance in the coming years.

The 2024 French political crisis is a defining moment for the nation, testing the resilience of its democratic institutions. Alongside similar upheavals worldwide, it marks a thrilling era of change and reform. As 2025 approaches, nations are poised for new leadership and ideas that could reshape their futures.

"New Jersey UAPs Disrupt Electric Cars and Streetlights: Horns, Lights, and More Malfunctions"

MORE OOOGA BOOOGA

In recent weeks, New Jersey residents have reported numerous sightings of large drones—some described as SUV-sized—hovering over various parts of the state, including critical infrastructure and residential areas. These mysterious drones have sparked widespread concern and speculation about their origin and purpose.

While there have been anecdotal reports suggesting that these drones might be interfering with electronic devices, such as electric cars and streetlights, there is currently no concrete evidence or official confirmation to support these claims. Authorities, including the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, are actively investigating the drone sightings. However, as of now, they have not provided specific information linking the drones to disruptions in electronic systems.

It's important to note that while the presence of these drones is unsettling for many, attributing specific technological malfunctions to them without verified data can lead to misinformation. Residents are encouraged to report any unusual drone activity to local law enforcement and to stay updated through official channels for accurate information.

Struggling to Stay Afloat: How Rising Housing Costs Force Americans Under $50K to Skip Meals

 The Sacrifices Behind the Numbers

In the wake of rising housing costs and inflation, many Americans earning less than $50,000 a year are facing unprecedented financial pressures.

For millions, the dream of stable shelter comes at a steep cost—often at the expense of basic necessities such as food and healthcare. A series of recent surveys and studies reveal the alarming choices low-income earners are making to keep a roof over their heads.

The data tells a sobering story: earning under $50,000 a year in America today means navigating a delicate balance of survival. With food, healthcare, and housing costs rising faster than wages, many Americans are left in a precarious position, highlighting the urgent need for systemic change.

A survey by Redfin found that 74% of Americans earning under $50,000 annually struggle to afford rent or mortgage payments (Florida Realtors). This financial strain has forced individuals and families to adopt drastic coping strategies. For instance:

  • Skipping meals: Nearly 24% reported reducing food consumption to save money (Yahoo Finance).
  • Selling personal belongings: Around 23% have sold items to make ends meet (Yahoo Finance).
  • Delaying or forgoing medical treatment: About 21% admitted to postponing necessary healthcare due to financial pressures (Florida Realtors).

These numbers underscore the severe impact of skyrocketing rents and mortgage payments on the day-to-day lives of vulnerable Americans.

The Bigger Picture: Inflation and Housing Costs

The problem is compounded by inflation, which has driven up food and living expenses. According to Credit Karma, 27% of Americans have skipped meals entirely to cope with rising food costs (Food and Wine). Low-income families, many of whom live paycheck to paycheck, are hit the hardest.

These individuals, often categorized as “ALICE” (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed), represent a demographic constantly balancing between financial stability and poverty. Their reliance on government assistance or charity for essentials, such as food and healthcare, highlights a growing disparity in America’s economy (Business Insider).

A New Normal or a Call for Change?

This crisis has revealed troubling trends about economic inequality in the United States. Many argue that federal and local governments must take action to address rising housing costs and the resulting hardships. Proposals such as increasing the minimum wage, expanding affordable housing initiatives, and reducing healthcare costs have been suggested as potential solutions.

In the meantime, millions of Americans continue to make impossible choices daily, sacrificing basic needs like food and healthcare to afford a place to live.

Joe Bidens Public Disappearances Raise Questions About Status of His Health

Something is going on with Joe Biden.

No one quite knows who is in charge of the country right now.

And this bombshell story will raise serious doubts about Joe Biden’s health situation.

It has been clear for years now that Joe Biden is in a slow but steady decline and has lost quite a bit of function from where he was even just a few short years ago.

Where that decline stands right now is hard to tell because he is making very few public appearances so there’s little evidence to gauge it on.

But the fact that his number of appearances has declined so sharply in the wake of the election should raise alarm bells.

There are a number of theories for why he has gone dark, but it is impossible not to wonder whether it ties into the health issues that he is clearly already having.

After all, it is unprecedented for a president to disappear like this, but it is also unprecedented for a president to be in this level of decline.

While We Are Being Emotionally Terrorized by The Drone Event...

Congress Considers Legislation to Restrict Civilian Drone Use Amid Security Concerns

Being Played Like a Fiddle

This is all part of a much larger strategy they're rolling out, with airspace being one key focus. The goal is clear: limit private citizens' rights to only those they deem acceptable.

Unfortunately, some uninformed individuals, driven by fear, believe it’s about aliens. They need to realize the bigger picture—it’s about federalizing airspace to create lucrative marketing opportunities and tighten control over the civilian population.

Take a closer look at these drones. They're massive, about the size of an SUV—perfectly suited for tasks like Amazon deliveries, courier services, and even official police patrols. The implications are clear, and the agenda is about more than meets the eye.

In response to a surge in unidentified drone sightings across the northeastern United States, particularly in New Jersey, federal lawmakers are evaluating new legislation aimed at restricting civilian drone operations to enhance national security.

Recent Drone Incidents Prompt Legislative Action

Since mid-November 2024, there have been over 3,000 drone sightings reported across at least 12 of New Jersey's 21 counties, as well as Staten Island. These incidents have raised concerns about public safety and national security, prompting calls for stricter regulations on drone usage.

New York Post

Proposed Legislative Measures

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has advocated for the "Safeguarding the Homeland from the Threats Posed by Unmanned Aircraft Systems Act," which aims to enhance local law enforcement's capabilities in drone detection and response.

The Verge

Additionally, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2025 includes provisions that could significantly impact the U.S. drone industry, particularly regarding Chinese-manufactured unmanned aircraft systems. The legislation mandates a national security evaluation of certain foreign-manufactured drones to assess potential risks.

DroneLife

Implications for Civilian Drone Operators

The proposed legislation could lead to a ban on the use of certain foreign-made drones for federally funded research and operations, starting in December 2025. This move is part of a broader effort to reduce dependency on adversary technology and foster a secure supply chain for drones.

E-News

Industry and Public Response

The drone industry and hobbyist communities have expressed concerns about the potential impact of these legislative measures on innovation and recreational activities. Advocates emphasize the need for a balanced approach that addresses security concerns without stifling technological advancement.

Conclusion

As Congress deliberates on these legislative proposals, the balance between ensuring national security and supporting technological innovation remains a central consideration. Stakeholders from various sectors continue to engage in discussions to shape the future landscape of drone usage in the United States.

The Whole Secret About the U.S. "Drones"

The ongoing drone hysteria across the United States has been met with an important response. According to recent reports, there is no mystery surrounding these sightings—the mystery is solved.

These drones are human-made, and the Pentagon is fully aware of their origins and destinations. The so-called UAV drone hysteria has been clarified, and new legislation is reportedly being proposed.

This legislation seeks to ban all civilian use of drones, granting exclusive control to large corporations and the government.

Critics argue that this is a significant issue, potentially a strategic move, or "psyop," tied to the political climate ahead of Trump's anticipated return.

Trump Criticizes Biden Administration's Actions on Remote Work and Border Wall Materials

President-elect Donald Trump has criticized the Biden administration for implementing policies that he believes hinder his incoming administration's objectives. During a press conference at Mar-a-Lago, Trump highlighted two primary concerns: the protection of remote federal workers from termination and the auctioning of unused border wall materials.

Remote Work Policies

Trump expressed frustration over a recent agreement between the Biden administration and federal employee unions, which extends remote work arrangements for thousands of government workers until 2029. He argued that such policies contradict his administration's plans to mandate a return to in-person work for federal employees.

Trump stated, "If people don’t come back to work, come back into the office, they’re going to be dismissed."

Trump will not provide security guarantees to Ukraine

Trump plans to shift U.S. foreign policy focus to the Asia-Pacific region to counter China’s growing influence, reducing involvement in Ukraine and redirecting resources accordingly. He intends to place the burden of military and financial support for Kyiv on European nations, aiming to ease pressure on the American budget.

Trump has consistently criticized U.S. spending on Ukraine, arguing that European allies should take the lead, a stance aligned with his previous push for increased NATO defense contributions.

A reduction in U.S. military aid could weaken Ukraine's position and intensify pressure on Europe, already strained by rising defense costs. Since February 2022, the U.S. has provided over $62 billion in military aid to Ukraine, including significant financial grants through the World Bank.

With all that is going on today, I did not expect to be discussing this subject at this time, but it is just another aspect of mass government tyranny and theft, and of course, one that targets the property of Americans. This has been going on for a long time, and the amount of money, goods, and personal property that has been stolen is tremendous, and in many cases destroys the innocent victims livelihood and lives. This is as always, under the guise of 'protecting' Americans, as if that has ever been the impetus for government theft. The problem now is that this criminal tactic is expanding exponentially, and so-called private companies are assisting this government in its thieving ways, allowing open access by government of people's private property. This is of course open and blatant fascism.

The latest absurd takings story comes from Indiana, but this is just one story among thousands. In this case, the Indiana police, just another criminal State enterprise, is walking into a huge FedEx hub, and arbitrarily going through private packages given a certain bogus search criteria.

This has absolutely nothing to do with any 'crime' committed, and of course, most every single crime as described by the state is always based on government laws, which are always fraudulent and controlling measures only, and this is easy to ascertain when one understands that millions of so-called 'laws' have been passed. But even that is almost irrelevant, as police are only looking to find cash and valuables that they can seize without cause or warrant, and regardless that no crime is present, or in most cases no one is charged, these evil police simply steal everything they can get their hands on of value to take for themselves, all without any due process.

But questions remain—where are these drones coming from?

As you mentioned, they’re not equipped with pontoons, so they must be landing on something out in the water. The Coast Guard and numerous witnesses have reported sightings, with as many as 50 drones following the Coast Guard as they come in from the ocean.

Here’s the challenge: if anyone on the East Coast has a boat, why not head out there and see what’s really going on? If you encounter anything unusual—like federal agents or mysterious activity—that would be a red flag, wouldn’t it? After all, the ocean is free to navigate.

If I had the means, I’d already be out there. But I don’t, so I’m asking those who do have the resources to step up.

This isn’t just about curiosity; it’s about getting answers for the people. If someone takes on this challenge, hats off to you—you’re rising to the occasion when your country needs you.

Until then, it’s all speculation. The challenge is on the table. Eyes to the skies.

How Your Pension Is Nearly Wiped Out By Taxes Under New Budget Rules

Before the latest Budget announced by the government just a few weeks ago pensions were one of the best financial arrangements for avoiding Inheritance Tax and securing your future retirement.

It used to be that wealth built up inside a pension was usually free of Inheritance Tax on death meaning large amounts of wealth could be passed on to your loved ones without deductions. However, under new rules announced in the latest budget, instead of that pension securing your loved one’s futures, it could come with an eye-watering tax bill that wipes out over 80% of its value—and, in some cases, even closer to 90%.

It’s not just a straightforward 40% Inheritance Tax bill you need to be aware of. Due to the complexities with pensions on death, there is a lot more tax that could be due on top.

Delusional parents admit they began transitioning their child before he turned two years old

Consequences of early transitioning are profound and irreversible

The consequences of early transitioning are profound and irreversible. Hormone blockers and gender reassignment surgeries can have lifelong effects on a child's physical and mental health.

These treatments can lead to infertility, increased risk of cancer and psychological complications.

Furthermore, the social and emotional consequences of transitioning at such a young age are largely unknown.

Children are still developing their sense of self and identity and forcing them into a gender role before they are cognitively capable of understanding it can have devastating effects.

Parents must recognize that children are not miniature adults. Their brains are still developing, and they are highly impressionable.

The decision to transition a child should not be made lightly or based on the whims of a toddler who may not fully understand the implications of such a life-altering choice.

It is critical for parents to provide a stable and nurturing environment where children can explore their identities without the pressure of societal expectations or medical interventions.

FAST FOOD EPIDEMIC: Could and should Trump SHUTTER FAST FOOD CHAINS until diabetes, obesity and cancer rates decline?

Just as corporate America and Big Government literally shut down most small and medium-sized businesses during the first months of the pandemic, it doesn’t seem too farfetched that the U.S. government should also be able to temporarily shut down all fast-food chains that highly contribute to the growing “epidemic” of diabetes, obesity, and cancer across America, thanks to highly processed foods that are laden with gluten, sugar, toxic oils, chemical preservatives and saturated fat.

Jeffrey Sachs, an American economist, says “The U.S. is the most lawless country in the world. I regard the United States as the most dangerous country in the world by far. You cannot believe how much misinformation we get every single day, because I have advised more than 100 governments around the world. I have seen things with my own eyes. Breaking: MASS DISCLOSURE on the Mysterious Drones

Representative Jeff Van Drew, a Republican from New Jersey, recently claimed on-air that Iran launched a "mothership" about a month ago, allegedly carrying drones and currently positioned off the East Coast of the United States. However, there is no truth to this assertion.

There is no evidence of an Iranian ship off the U.S. coast, nor any "mothership" deploying drones towards the United States. This claim has been refuted by credible sources, and no such activity has been observed or reported by defense or intelligence agencies.

Sean Hannity: Cheering for the murder of an unarmed man is beyond sick

Tonight, we begin with two alarming stories out of New York City that offer a troubling glimpse into the radical elements shaping the modern extreme Democratic Party. As we speak, some on the far left are shockingly celebrating the accused cold-blooded killer of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Thompson was not only a prominent figure in his industry but also a devoted husband and father of two.

At the same time, these same voices are vilifying Daniel Penny, who was recently acquitted by a New York City jury on charges of negligent homicide. Prosecutors had sought to imprison Penny after he restrained a dangerous individual on a subway—a man who was high on drugs, issuing death threats, and lunging at passengers. Penny’s intervention, which many viewed as an act of courage to protect others, has become a lightning rod for political division. We'll share exclusive new clips from Penny’s interview, set to air tomorrow on Fox Nation, but first, let's turn to the left’s disturbing glorification of their new so-called "folk hero."

Luigi Mangione, a 26-year-old from Maryland, is at the center of this controversy. Mangione, who seemed to have everything—a wealthy upbringing, a prep school valedictorian title,

and two degrees from the University of Pennsylvania—is now accused of murdering United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Authorities allege that Mangione shot Thompson in the back early one morning in Midtown Manhattan, a cold and calculated act that has left a family shattered.

What’s even more disturbing is the reaction from certain groups. Some individuals, fueled by resentment towards the insurance industry and radical “eat the rich” rhetoric, are glorifying Mangione’s alleged crime. They’re celebrating this assassination as a form of vigilante justice, turning a senseless act of violence into a political statement. This dangerous trend of rationalizing or even praising such acts of brutality raises serious questions about the moral and ideological trajectory of these radical factions.

Well, well, well what do we have here. It seems that between the Presidential election and the inauguration. The current system is doing everything they can to create chaos.

I am deeply frustrated by the sudden surge in sightings of so-called "alien drones." This phenomenon is not just a distraction; it feels like a deliberate and insulting one. The sheer frequency of these sightings, coupled with the lack of tangible action or meaningful responses from any branch of the military—whether local, national, or specialized in air defense—raises serious questions about priorities and accountability.

It’s not just about the sightings themselves; it’s the implications behind the inaction. These drones, regardless of their origin, could pose a threat to airspace security, civilian safety, or even national sovereignty. Yet, the apparent silence and lack of visible efforts to address these incidents leave the public feeling both disregarded and vulnerable.

Are these occurrences being downplayed intentionally? Is there a lack of capability, coordination, or transparency among the responsible agencies? The absence of clear answers or decisive measures not only undermines public trust but also fuels speculation and fear.

At a time when advanced technology is proliferating globally—whether terrestrial or potentially extraterrestrial—it's crucial that our air branches and defense systems respond with urgency and clarity. The public deserves to know that these issues are being taken seriously, and that actions are being taken to ensure our safety and sovereignty. Anything less is a dereliction of duty. -- TBT

People are starting to get a little "Freaked Out" by these things

Frustration with governmental agencies like the FAA, FBI, Homeland Security, and NORAD often stems from a perceived lack of transparency, accountability, or efficiency in addressing critical issues. Whether it's airspace security, national safety, or responses to unidentified phenomena, these concerns highlight a growing public desire for clearer answers and stronger action.

It's important to recognize the complexity of these agencies' roles. They often operate within a web of bureaucratic limitations, competing priorities, and classified information that can hinder swift and public-facing responses. However, public accountability is key to ensuring these institutions fulfill their mandates effectively.

BREAKING: They Just Announced A UFO INVASION

It's not uncommon to see skepticism about the government's knowledge or involvement in various matters, especially when it comes to unidentified phenomena or classified subjects. While the government may not disclose everything it knows to the public, the assumption that it knows everything isn't necessarily true either. Governments often operate within bureaucratic systems that can be inefficient, fragmented, or compartmentalized, meaning different parts of the system may not share information effectively.

Ousted Syrian leader Assad flees to Moscow after fall of Damascus, Russian state media say

Russia media say ousted Syrian leader Bashar Assad has fled to Moscow and received asylum from his longtime ally. The reports came hours after a stunning rebel advance swept into Damascus to cheers and ended the Assad family’s 50 years of iron rule. Thousands of Syrians poured into streets echoing with celebratory gunfire, joyful after a stifling, nearly 14-year civil war. But the swiftly moving events raised questions about the future of the country and the wider region. The rebels face the daunting task of healing bitter divisions in a country still split among armed factions. One rebel commander said “we will not deal with people the way the Assad family did."

Dozens Of Middlemen Drop Out Of Trading Russian Oil To India

Dozens of small trading players and middlemen have recently dropped out of trading Russian crude oil to India, as Russia’s interest rates and costs to fund trades have soared, Reuters reported exclusively on Thursday, quoting trade sources and customs and shipping data.

India, one of Russia’s top two markets to sell its oil banned in the West, now relies on Russian crude for a large part of its consumption. Since 2022, after the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the Western sanctions on Moscow, Russia has become India’s single biggest supplier of crude.

Back in 2022 and in 2023, many traders raced to deliver Russian crude to India, lured by the lucrative profits of the trades as risks were higher.

Little-known and newly incorporated trading companies have handled large volumes of Russian crude oil and products since the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the withdrawal of Western firms from trades with Russia’s oil.

These new oil trading companies that have mushroomed are incorporated in jurisdictions outside of Europe and are often notoriously opaque in their management and dealings.

Money laundering? Ken Paxton refers ActBlue to DOJ, alleging illegal straw donations, election fraud.

The investigation into ActBlue began in December 2023 following allegations that the company could be facilitating illegal campaign contributions. As a result, in August 2024 ActBlue began requiring donors using credit cards to provide “CVV” codes, a common security measure. That does not prevent all the abuses that Attorney General Paxton’s team has identified on ActBlue, including that straw donations apparently are being made on a large scale using false identities, through untraceable payment methods.

BioNTech RNA-Based COVID-19 Injections Contain Large Amounts Of Residual DNA Including An SV40 Promoter/Enhancer Sequence

Background: BNT162b2 RNA-based COVID-19 injections are specified to transfect human cells to efficiently produce spike proteins for an immune response.

Methods: We analyzed four German BNT162b2 lots applying HEK293 cell culture, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, PCR, and mass spectrometry.

Results: We demonstrate successful transfection of nucleoside-modified mRNA (modRNA) biologicals into HEK293 cells and show robust levels of spike proteins over several days of cell culture. Secretion into cell supernatants occurred predominantly via extracellular vesicles enriched for exosome markers. We further analyzed RNA and DNA contents of these vials and identified large amounts of DNA after RNase A digestion in all lots with concentrations ranging from 32.7 ng to 43.4 ng per clinical dose. This far exceeds the maximal acceptable concentration of 10 ng per clinical dose that has been set by international regulatory authorities. Gene analyses with selected PCR primer pairs proved that residual DNA represents not only fragments of the DNA matrices coding for the spike gene, but of all genes from the plasmid including the SV40 promoter/enhancer and the antibiotic resistance gene.

Conclusion: Our results raise grave concerns regarding the safety of the BNT162b2 vaccine and call for an immediate halt of all RNA biologicals unless these concerns can be dispelled.

The Most Eye Opening 40 Minutes of Your Life (part 1)

We are beginning to confront a harsh and unsettling truth: much of what we've been told throughout history has been manipulated, infiltrated, or outright falsified. The most effective lies often contain a kernel of truth, wrapped in layers of deception. This manipulation has not only been orchestrated by governments, corporations, and financial institutions in recent decades—it has been ongoing for centuries, even millennia.

The scale of these lies is staggering. The bigger the deception, the more likely people are to believe it. And when you realize one truth has been manipulated, it raises the question: what else could be false? One striking example lies in the very foundation of many people's beliefs—the Bible.

My friend Miol Edworth, a former advisor to the Vatican for 17 years and an expert in ancient texts, uncovered a startling alteration in the opening phrase of the Bible. Traditionally, the Bible begins with "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the Earth." However, Miol discovered that the original Hebrew text had been tampered with.

Hebrew sacred texts are meticulously structured, written according to strict mathematical formulas that make tampering almost impossible.

Yet, the opening phrase of the Bible starts with the letter *Beth* (the second letter of the Hebrew alphabet), instead of *Aleph* (the first letter), which violates the fundamental rules of Hebrew grammar and sacred text tradition. The result is a grammatically incorrect sentence—a clear sign of tampering.

If such a foundational text could be altered, it raises profound questions about what else has been manipulated throughout history. If this deception could be pulled off, it proves that anything might be subject to distortion. This is the depth of the illusion we’re only beginning to uncover.

Tiny HOMES NOT ALLOWED Why I think that Helene Victims Are NOT ALLOWED to Live in Tiny Houses

Good morning, this is John Ward with the Appalachian Channel, reporting from Rutherfordton, North Carolina. Today, I want to discuss why tiny houses are not being permitted and call for your help to take action.

Currently, I’m at Camp Rosebud, where we’ve set up tents to shelter families displaced by Hurricane Helena after FEMA vouchers ran out. Meanwhile, undocumented migrants continue to receive housing support in New York. While I sympathize with their plight, we need to prioritize helping our own citizens.

I received a message urging action against county officials for alleged violations of Title 18 USC Sections 241 and 242, related to conspiracy and deprivation of rights under color of law.

I’ll share the details on-screen for you to review and encourage you to forward this message or a link to this video to county commissioners in Haywood County. Let’s push for solutions to support those in need.

In a historic and unprecedented development, the French government has collapsed after Prime Minister Michel Barnier lost a no-confidence vote in parliament. This marks the first time in over six decades that a French administration has been ousted in such a manner.

The motion, a rare convergence of political extremes, was supported by the far-right National Rally and the left-wing New Popular Front alliance, united in opposition to Barnier’s controversial budget cuts aimed at addressing France’s ballooning deficit.

The fallout from this political upheaval is expected to send shockwaves beyond France's borders. As one of Europe’s largest economies, France’s instability could have significant implications for markets and economic confidence across the continent. Investors and businesses are bracing for potential disruptions, adopting a cautious stance in light of the uncertain future.

At the heart of the crisis are Barnier’s proposed budget cuts, which remain unresolved following the government’s collapse. This leaves France’s fiscal future in limbo, with pressing questions about how the country will address its mounting financial challenges amidst deep political divisions. The coming weeks will be critical as France navigates this unprecedented political and economic uncertainty.

President Biden has made headlines again, this time issuing a presidential pardon for his son, Hunter Biden, despite Hunter already pleading guilty to significant charges.

The move comes as a shock to many, particularly after Biden repeatedly claimed he would not pardon or commute his son’s sentence.

The pardon was issued ahead of Hunter’s scheduled sentencing on December 12th for federal gun charges and December 6th for tax evasion charges—both of which are now effectively nullified. Critics are calling the move corrupt, with some pointing out that it undermines the judicial process and raises serious ethical questions.

Commentators have expressed mixed reactions. Some view the pardon as a blatant abuse of power, highlighting Joe Biden’s alleged role in facilitating Hunter’s troubled history. Others, albeit begrudgingly, argue that as a father, Biden’s decision might be understandable, especially considering his role in his son’s struggles.

This situation has reignited debates over President Biden's alleged knowledge of and involvement in Hunter’s international dealings. Critics emphasize the apparent dishonesty surrounding Biden’s repeated denials of any awareness of his son’s activities. The ongoing lack of accountability for these actions continues to fuel outrage, with many questioning the integrity of both the administration and the broader system of justice.

Supreme Court reluctant to block Tennessee's ban on gender-affirming care for minors

Hearing a high-profile culture-war clash, a majority of the Supreme Court seemed reluctant Wednesday to block Tennessee's ban on gender-affirming care for minors.

The justices' decision, not expected for several months, could affect similar laws enacted by another 25 states and a range of other efforts to regulate the lives of transgender people, including which sports competitions they can join and which bathrooms they can use.

The case is coming before a conservative-dominated court after a presidential election in which Donald Trump and his allies promised to roll back protections for transgender people.

FEMA’s Transitional Sheltering Assistance program for Tropical Storm Helene survivors in North Carolina is set to end on December 12th, 2024, coinciding with the onset of colder weather. Originally scheduled to conclude on December 3rd, the program was extended by nine days to provide additional time for displaced families to find housing. However, a severe housing shortage complicates recovery efforts, with some counties nearing 100% occupancy even before the storm.

Hundreds of Mysterious 'Car-Sized' Drones Are Flying Over New Jersey Every Night, Hovering for HOURS

Something unusual is happening on the East Coast of the United States, and it’s raising serious questions. We’re seeing a series of events that just don’t add up. If these are drones, it’s still highly concerning. The fact that the U.S. military, the FBI, or any other authorities can’t (or won’t) explain what’s going on is alarming. No one seems to know what these drones are doing, where they’re coming from, or where they go after they leave the area.

In New Jersey, people are now reporting nightly sightings of large drones—hundreds of them. Typically, drones of this scale, especially predator-sized ones, are associated with military operations. Yet, the military remains silent. There’s even footage of these events, which I’ll share with you so you can see for yourself.

This situation is not normal. Drones of this size don’t just appear, flying around for hours, without a clear explanation. The lack of answers makes it all the more suspicious. If these drones are military, what’s their purpose? And if they’re not, who’s operating them? Something isn’t right here.

Breaking: MASSIVE UFO EVENT Happening Worldwide

The government is fully aware of what they are. The military’s lack of action and apparent indifference toward American airspace speaks volumes. The stage is being set for a great deception, drawing closer by the day. This could very well be preparation for Project Blue Beam, conditioning the public for what’s to come. As the old saying goes, "There’s a sucker born every minute," and unfortunately, the majority may be easily deceived.
