There may be some short-term trend against Trump, but the public fully understands the nature of this verdict and the partisan bias behind it.

Judge Juan Merchan has guaranteed that this verdict will be perceived as a manifestation of judicial bias. His daughter's employment by the Democratic Party as a fundraiser, and his biased rulings throughout the case, make his bias evident.

Undoubtedly, Democrats will attempt to make this verdict the linchpin in the 2024 election, but in doing so, they will be wrong.

Voters have decided to support Trump because of the issues affecting them such as inflation, energy prices, crime, and immigration.

No amount of Democratic Party posturing, shouting that Trump is a convicted felon can change that.

Indeed, the main impact of this verdict will be to assure that Joe Biden will indeed be the Democratic Party nominee, so his campaign will be infused with sufficient optimism.

This means Biden won't pull out, even though he should.

If the Democrats try to make this election about the verdict, they will be making a huge mistake.

This case reminds me of the facts surrounding Monica Lewinsky and Bill Clinton, in the late 1990s.

This brings back memories of gulf oil spill back in April 20, 2010. The Deepwater Horizon oil spill, also known as the BP oil spill, occurred on April 20, 2010, off the coast of the United States in the Gulf of Mexico. 

The spill resulted from an explosion on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig, which was operated by BP. It is considered the largest marine oil spill in the history of the petroleum industry, estimated to be 8 to 31 percent larger in volume than the previous largest spill, the Ixtoc I oil spill. The total discharge was approximately 4.9 million barrels (210 million US gallons; 780,000 cubic meters) of oil. After several failed containment efforts, the well was sealed on September 19, 2010. The disaster had significant environmental and economic impacts, affecting natural resources and recreation in the region.  The Gulf oil spill, also known as the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, occurred in 2010. During this environmental disaster, Corexit, an oil dispersant, was used extensively to break up the oil slick in the Gulf of Mexico. Corexit is a product line produced by Nalco Holding Company, an indirect subsidiary of Ecolab. 

The US must offer better options for those facing financial hardship and those suffering from unbearable pain who see assisted death as their only solution. We need to provide comprehensive support and alternatives for individuals who are both financially and medically vulnerable, rather than resorting to premature endings. Additionally, access to pain management treatments like morphine should be readily available. While hospice care is necessary for terminally ill individuals, rushing to end lives prematurely, akin to euthanizing old dogs, is morally troubling and could lead us down an irreversible path.

Cardona, et al (U.S. Secretary of Education) on May 8, Pepper-Jackson, 13 years-old and identified as B.P.J., made “several offensive and inappropriate sexual comments” towards Cross. The harassment escalated, she said, during their final year of middle school, when “the comments became much more aggressive, vile, and disturbing.”

The suit alleges that Pepper-Jackson would say “suck my dick” to both the complainant and other girls on the team.

“During the end of that year, about two to three times per week, B.P.J. would look at me and say, ‘suck my dick.’ There were usually other girls around who heard this. I heard B.P.J. say the same thing to my other teammates, too,” Cross said.

Cambridge-based AstraZeneca… acknowledged in a legal document submitted to the High Court in February that its vaccine ‘can, in very rare cases, cause TTS’.

TTS is short for thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome – a medical condition where a person suffers blood clots along with a low platelet count. Platelets typically help the blood to clot. 

The admission by AstraZeneca is the first of its kind.
